“Our gaming rig was making a terrible nose and the sound would glitch. I took it in and it turned out the pump in my cooler system had died causing it to get hot. We get the replacement parts and it still doesn't want to work. The ended up spending 2 days on it and building me a whole new collent system. They did all of this for the original price quote. They even stayed open late to accommodate my schedule. Great customer service and great work. I will be back for all of my upgrades.”

“Today was an errand day for us: 2 doctors’ appointments, Costco, etc 40 minutes from home. In the middle of the first appointment my husband lost cell service. I inadvertently had left my phone at home. Of course all of the details of my day were on my phone; my shopping list and the location and time of my second appointment as well.. Thank God for Yessica! She helped us through an automatic Apple update that shuts down service during the update. She let us use their store guest WiFi account which was required to let the update occur. Hang on to Yessica, she’s knowledgeable, kind and efficient!!”

“Was very pleased with my service at this location. I found myself in urgent need of a replacement phone and first went to the store in South Lake Tahoe. I found out quickly that the franchise location wouldn't be able to fulfill my needs. I took a ride to Carson (the next closest store) and was immediately so impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff. Asaiah (I hope I spelled that close to correctly) helped me and was informative, friendly, and efficient. Without blaming anyone, he explained to me why the franchise store wasn't able to assist me in the same way. He listened to what I wanted and wasn't pushy with any excessive upselling. He gave me exactly what I needed and got me in and out of there in under 30 minutes. The new hire that he was training was very kind and friendly as well-he will make a great associate once he is fully trained. I never thought I would be motivated to right a 5 star review for a phone store after dishing out $900 on a new phone but the service was that good. Thank you gentlemen!”
