“I am not actually giving this store 5 stars.This five stars is one hundred percent for Tyler one of the associates here, tyler was capable of fixing an issue with my voicemail box that I've been working on for several months as the old phone that I had was on the 3G legacy network, when the network was closed down, my voicemail no longer functioned, I thought that this was an issue with the phone bought a new. Phone and have spent the last 5 months with multiple stores and several hours on the phone with Tech Support, trying to figure this out, after discussing things with an AI program finally came to discovery that the issue is actually with the original voicemail box being associated with the 3G. Legacy network. Explaining the situation to Tyler still had to go through with customer service, which was no help at all.But tyler was the only thing that made it possible to navigate everything and explain the situation that we had discovered. I had come to the point where the issue was not fixed.I was going to be switching carrier companies.As I cannot have a phone that does not have a functioning voice mail for business purposes. After several months , tyler is the only cursing , capable of getting this to be finished. And at the same time, Tyler is getting a 5 star review.I am very frustrated and if having to deal with this ever again on the phone with customer service that does not actually speak full english , and when there is a communication barrier talking about technical things on the server , it is almost impossible to think about continuing service. So at the same time, I would like to make sure it is understood. The customer service for business phone that I have to talk to is getting a one star.”

“Having an issue between T-Mobile and UPS. Upgraded two phones using the their trade-in offer. But UPS either lost our phones or are holding them in the Minden facility. Either way T-Mobile Corp is now not honoring the trade-in credits even though we have proof the phones are mailed. We are out a potential $2000 .
I don’t understand how T Mobile picked the carrier and sends the shipping label, yet don’t accept the proof of use of that label to honor the agreement. Luckily the corp store manager Ashley at the Topsy Ln. Carson City location took very good care of us, spending the time to call corporate and helping us with credits. She went above and beyond and deserves five stars
