“I'm a new Verizon customer. I signed up for home Internet only. I also qualified for a low income plan. Verizon offers a fantastic plan for low income individuals. yes, there's some extra paperwork, verification, proof of income etc. the low income stigma can be daunting to deal with sometimes. going to a Verizon store is best. I got all signed up, walked out with the equipment that day. home install was so simple! took about 4 minutes. easy! super happy! I got the bill , not so happy. went back to the Verizon store. got everything worked out including the amount of the bill. I was told equipment would be shipped to me and to return it immediately through UPS. I did exactly that. the next monthly charge is more than the last! I go back to the Verizon store, again. explain everything again. the account is so complicated at this point! I'm convinced the staff sees me in the parking lot they wanna lock the doors!! it took four visits to the store, over an hour each time. re explain the entire situation every time. total nightmare... the only reason I didn't give up and cancel my account was the Verizon staff! nicolas, shoshana and Conner!! each one of you made a complicated, frustrating, embarrassing situation better. you understood my frustration. I never felt judged or rushed. showing kindness, understanding and grace!! thank you for fixing my problem all the way to the end. I appreciate all your help! thank you Nicolas! thank you shoshana! thank you conner! rock stars, all of you!!!”
