“I want to thank this branch staff for being very helpful in bringing my account status back to normal. I had originally went here once before to have my longtime account closed due the information being compromised. I already had a good experience the first time but this second time I had to say something and leave this review as it is the least I can do to show my appreciation and attention to this matter. Long story short, my account was froze due to the misconduct of a settlement funds administrator and locked up my finances and put me in a difficult spot. Jennifer, the branch manager was very helpful and resolved my issue urgently, same day, my account was back to where it was before this mess. I made an appointment to open a business account.
Claudia was very helpful and made the process very smooth and enjoyable, we talked about my business endeavors, and she handed me information about the industry that came with various tools for my use, she also referred me to a Financial advisor and gave me a list of recommended CPA's.
This is now my new favorite location, very grateful for this service, Claudia goes above and beyond and definitely deserves a raise.”
“Stopped in for some cash and was going to use the ATM but this location only has one from what it appears. There was a line so I had to go in and it took a little while but not too long as there were only 2 tellers on duty. Nadia helped me and although she seemed a bit mean looking at first glance she was very nice. Location seems a bit small though and parking looks a little tight and only one entrance in and out.”
“The other week I stopped in to close my late father's account and add some dependents to my own. Cory assisted me through the process and he was a champ. He was super friendly and answered any questions I had. It's not easy to close accounts for a loved one who's passed on, but Cory made it painless and we had a great conversation. He also has a pretty rad mustache! Definitely ask for Cory whenever you need help with your account!”

“Can't say enough good things about my experience at this Chase Branch at 220 E Lake Mead Pkway. Short story: needed to confirm a deposit plus my login stopped working (heaven knows why) and the team squeezed me in between appointments to reset the password, confirmed the deposit for my business account and then also helped me with the personal accounts for a couple of matters. Anyway, the customer service by the folks at the counter and behind the desk was simply out of this world. I witnessed terrific customer service too, for a lady getting cash for her weekly rent too - so no matter who you are, no matter what your transaction size, you'll be treated very very well at this branch. I love seeing that.”

“Workers seem very nice and they try their best to help out. However, there’s this one worker who I guess has a pretty deceiving manner, and oftentimes I have a hard time trusting her lol. Also, the bank sometimes takes a longer time to serve a customer, but at least they get things done. But overall, it’s a good bank and it’s better than the older one I used to go to.”

It is Well lit✨️✨️??? and the one by the Galleria mall has (3) separate drive-thru ATMs and one walk up ATM. Not bad!!”
“I'll admit I was hesitant to return to Wells Fargo after the issues that surfaced 5 or so years ago. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and lack of any hard sell encountered in setting up a checking account for my family. After a few years of an online bank with good rates but no customer service, it was time for a change. So far so good. Definitely worth considering.”

She was so pleasant and I didn’t think getting 5 star service at a bank was possible but I had to write this review as soon as I left to commend her on her customer service. “Needed to change the passwort on my account. Unfortunately as soon as I hit change the system kicked me out.After 30 min.I drove up to the Market place branch. Told the teller my situation. Sue Ann immediately got an unstaffed space and I started the process logging in with her looking on.. Same thing happen again. Took 30 min. and several calls to a corp. helpline. Sue Ann was really concerned if it will work and yes, it did. She also cleaned out an old account that I cancelled a couple years ago. She never lost her patients, was efficient and truly helpful. Thanks for the great service Sue Ann! It was appreciated.”

“I have been with US Bank for 10 years. US Bank was the first bank that I visited when I moved here 10 years ago. I have always banked at the US Bank on Peseo Verde and Stephanie. The staff is friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable of their services.
2 weeks ago, on top of losing my job, my laptop was jeopardized, and I do all my banking on there. I was worried that my accounts were jeopardized.
I went in and spoke to one of the bankers. Her name is Jessica Nguyen, Client Relationship Consultant. All I have to say is that she was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to help me get new cards and accounts set up. Yes, I called the fraudulent department first. They put a freeze on everything.
Anyway, back to Jessica, she was so professional and understanding to everything I was going through. She took her time to walk me through every step so It would calm me down, I was a nervous wreck.
So all I have to say is that overall experience with Jessica was a 5 star rating. She is one of the most kindest and nicest bankers there. They all are that work there.
