“Was such a great experience. Super simple to schedule and get done. I did compare the prices to other places, but their convenience beats the rest. Had all the kids home and he didn't bother until after the job was done. Which probably happens, but I was just surprised other techs would wait for a tip. I definitely offered virtually sending it because I had no cash, but he turned it down even if I tried on ape pay it couldn't send. My tech Kevin did the best job! The estimated time of arrival was on point and so was the service.”

“My car is still being serviced by Gerber, so I will update this review once I get my car back with some pictures.I had two claims to deal with. My rear window got smashed while working a game at Allegiant Stadium. Also, in a separate incident, my driver-side door and front quarter-panel was hit when my car was parked. USAA, my insurance, had recommended another company, but I wanted to go with Gerber. Kevin has been great so far. He will call weekly to give me an update on the car and I also get text messages with other updates.I am eager to get my car back! Update coming soon...”
