“Veronica was great and very accommodating! There was a mix up about the appointment time and she was able to move her schedule around to still see me. I had 2 rock chip cracks on my front windshield and another which I thought was a crack, but she said it looks like something peeling and not a crack so she didn't touch that area. She repaired the 2 rock chips fairly quickly. I've had rock chips repaired before in CA at another shop and the chips would completely disappear and it wasn't noticeable. However, with Galaxy the 2 rock chips are still noticeable, but Veronica did mention it would stop the spread of the chips and there is a lifetime warranty. They're reasonably priced, would recommend, but just know your chip will still show. Saved me from having to spend hundreds on a new front windshield!”

“During the return drive from Troy Montana to Southern California a nearly 2 foot Crack occurred. Knowing we would be in the Las Vegas area so started with local Honda dealer who recommended First Class Auto Glass. Chris answered all my questions including concerns about warranty repairs as an out of towner. Windshield replacement took 2 hours, an hour long than estimated due to onsite in-person additional training on the calibration equipment so worth the wait! Receipt very detailed and Chris' boss shared they only use the best glue available. The true test will be time but highly recommend First Class Auto Glass!”

Not only that but they said they could do it right away and it would take just 45 mins. When I got there they were all super nice and informative. They got it completed in under 45 mins which is really rare for a car shop to actually get things done in less than the quoted time. This really is the very rare situation in life where the best price is also the best service. Please use them to fix your car issues so really good people can make a living.
