“Came in to replace my broken windshield and re tint with ceramic.
The work was done fast and professionally, but I noticed while driving that the rear view mirror was sitting about 2 inches higher than before and too close to the upper edge of the windshield.
I called the shop, and they said that they simply installed the rear view mirror on the bracket that comes pre installed on the windshield.
They said that they would order a new windshield and if the location if the bracket is different then they will replace it.
They received a new windshield with the correct bracket placement and had me bring the car in and replaced the windshield with a new one and re tinted with ceramic tint free of charge.
That’s above and beyond customer service.”
