“I want to give a special shoutout to Hazel for providing such amazing customer service. She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was helped. Even with the line being very long, Hazel stayed calm, courteous, and continued to thank each member for their patience, which really stood out and made the experience much more pleasant. Her positive attitude and willingness to help did not go unnoticed, and she truly made a stressful busy moment feel much smoother.
I also want to recognize Dria and Santiago for their great customer service as well. Both of them were very helpful with all the members, remained courteous and professional throughout the long line, and made sure everyone felt acknowledged and appreciated.
