How many times are they going to need access to get into appartments? I understand the annually, but damn. People do work and I can't just be there all the time. They warn us to " secure" sensitive items meaning we have to be worried about something being stolen.

this place is amazing. honestly in multi family properties I'm always a little nervous as far as customer service and cleanliness. i couldn't believe how great of condition this property was. the club house is extremely clean, the staff inside are SO friendly. super thankful i found this spot!
