Rancho Ocaso Apartments is a pet-friendly, affordable, and quiet community that offers a strong sense of safety and security. Residents consistently praise the attentive maintenance team, who promptly address any issues that arise. The friendly and caring staff, including Tara, Maria, and Sylvia, are highly regarded for their outstanding customer service and responsiveness to residents' needs.
The community boasts a range of amenities, such as a well-equipped gym and a jacuzzi that is always open. However, some residents have expressed disappointment with the recent change in pool hours, which now limit access to the pool during the hottest parts of the day.
