“Amazing group of people. Thank you so much Peter, Theresa and Mike. Mike was kind enough to help me by fixing a wheel on grocery basket. Patient and kind Mike fixed my basket wheel saving me anxiety and money as a handicap senior on a fixed income . I am grateful. Thanks again.”

“This place has a good steady business. I feel they do not care to take any extra time or energy to help customers like myself. I was on my own in a foreign territory for me. Their products are good so I am stuck with mediocre service in general. I am sure they have some outstanding employees and I mean no disrespect.”

“We purchased our first Hydramaster 375 from Cleaning Depot and they installed it and took their time to show us everything about how to operate the machine. Hugo and Dani were so awesome we felt we were at our home and very comfortable in their shop. Thank you guys for being such awesome and friendly. We highly recommend CLEANING DEPOT!”

“I ordered from ATI initially because they had the products I needed in stock and their prices were competitive. I'll order from them again, however because their customer service was excellent and went "above and beyond" to assist me with an unexpected challenge.”

“They did not have the value I needed but were helpful in recommending a different company. They had it and I was able to get my water softener fixed. I appreciated him helping me find what I needed even though they did not have what I needed.”

“Staff is friendly and very helpful, prices are fair. Be aware they do not refill tanks but rather swap empties for filled ones. Store also has plenty of accessories and supplies like regulators, hoses, etc. Its It's a bit of a drive depending on where you come from, but it's right off Boulder and easy access.”

“Good for home improvement stuff and great staff. The company I work for does alot of home improvement work and I'm at Lowes at 6am 3 times a week to get supplies. There is a woman employee there at the self checkout I believe her name is Virginia....I get to see her 3 times a week at least. Every morning she's there with a smile on her face and helps me check out. She often adds some cheerful chit chat to help brighten the early morning. It's good to see good customer service in a world where there seems to be none. Thanks to Lowes for employing such helpful cheerful people.”

“I am Richard Haddad RH Design of Henderson and I want to share and experience that went above and beyond any experience I have ever had at Home Depot. As I was shopping I noticed an associate Cindy Gustin from previous years servicing my account from another Home Depot location across town. Instantly Cindy came up to greet me and asked how could she help me and Cindy without hesitation followed me to the tile section where I needed to get a pallet of tile. Cindy went and quickly found a floor jack to get the tile pulled out. Cindy continued to thank me for coming to Home Depot and would make sure I received good service. At the same time a Assistant Manager Trent came down the isle to lend a hand and immediately began to lift boxes of tile on to my cart and took the time to make sure I did not get broken boxes of tile. Cindy and Trent made a plan to take all my materials up to the Pro Desk for final check out as I had many other materials to shop for including special ordering 2 additional shower doors on line. To sum it up I received additional help when Trent moved all my large material to the back loading area of Home Depot because I drove a large box truck to convenience me to be loaded properly and securely. Cindy made sure my additional order of shower doors were placed and also introduced me to the other associates working in the Pro Desk and made me feel like an appreciated valued customer to Home Depot. I was so happy and wanted to share this experience and thank Cindy Gustin and Trent who at all times kept assisting me saying nothing was a problem lets get it done. They both deserve to be acknowledged as this was one of the most positive enjoyable experiences I have ever had at coming to a Home Depot in over 25 years.”
