We first started off at the West Craig Rd location and the sales person was unfriendly and acted as if each question asked was taking him away from what I do not know. IWe decided to go to the East Craig Rd location and what great experience. We were helped by Paula Klee. Friendly, highly knowledgeable and professional. She gave us options based upon our list of what we were looking for and we decided on a washer and dryer set by Samsung. Great value for the price.”
