“I got no incoming call on my phone for couple weeks, after cal Customer service and try to get help on an other T-Mobile store " on Pecos and Patrick" and spend over an hour whit T-Mobile technician it comes to the point that I need a new phone so they sending me to this location on green valley. Best customer service I have seen in awhile, the young guy's name is; Dean, from the very beginning he showed care and concerned on my phone issues, great attention and customer support. I recently visited this store to get help with getting a new physical SIM card and transferring data from my Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) that I purchased from Verizon two years ago to my new Stylus 5G (2024). My entire experience from the moment I walked into the store and was cheerfully greeted by Jake K. to my departure was the most pleasant and flawless customer service experience I can remember since buying my first cell phone back in the early 1990s. Jake was very attentive and quick to address my questions, while quickly getting my new phone working perfectly with the new SIM card and all of the old data perfectly preserved.”
