“The staff here is great. It’s extremely clean and a great location. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is because their ATM is slow if you need to make a deposit. (it only accepts up to 50 bills at a time) If they upgrade the ATM so it takes larger amounts of bills at once this will be a five star review. In general, I recommend banking with Navy Federal. The rates are unbeatable.”
“Our mortgage was sold to Panorama in November 2023. The first thing we did was research reviews and unfortunately we were over run with nothing but negative. We were definitely concerned, 2 years later we just got notified that were being sold again. In the 2 years we were with Panorama we never experienced any issues. Customer service was always helpful. Escrow analysis was always correct. Insurance and taxes were always paid on time. I found this review important because the bad reviews will always surface first before a peep of good does.”
