“Well I was not expecting to visit this DXL in henderson. The paradise location had caught on fire and is closed. However this DXL had a great staff, I was greeted as I entered and was asked what brings me in. And was assisted whenever i had a question. This was a great customer service experience. Plenty of inventory to choose from. So for any big man who's looking for clothes that fit well. DXL is the spot for you.”
“The staff here is amazing and so helpful. I bought a pair of vans online, didn’t get a chance to wear them for a few weeks and then they wound up being defective. I was so worried because I was outside of the 30 day window by a few days and they got me into a new pair anyways. A+++ customer service they are fantastic”

“As I was browsing through Brighton's online store from my home in Texas, I stumbled upon the perfect bracelets for my upcoming trip. Knowing that I would be passing through Henderson, Nevada in a couple of days, I decided to give the local Brighton store a call to see if they could arrange for me to pick up the item in person.
To my delight, I was connected with Jaz, a warm and helpful staff member at the Henderson store. Jaz not only assisted me with my selection but also made sure that everything would be ready for me to pick up upon my arrival. Her attention to detail and the care she took to ensure I had a great experience left me feeling extremely pleased and confident about my purchase.
Upon arriving at the store, Jaz greeted me with a friendly smile and presented my chosen gifts bracelets, which looked even better in person. “This location is inside the Galleria Mall. Main floor at the bottom of the escalator. They have some of the best prices compared to some shoe stores Ive been to. And If you are signed up as a member. You can earn points for cash towards shoes. Also. Members get awesome discounts and bonuses. This location is fairly small , always busy, and long lines. The cashiers are not so friendly too. Overall. Its a decent store.”

She was so helpful and even pointed out a pair of converse that I was looking at since have memory foam. I am grateful for her friendly customer service. “Okay let me explain this place to you.... It's full of cute stuff that somehow still fits me. I have found some of my favorite go to's at rhapsodielle. Go out dresses, skirts, jackets, shorts, jeans, turtle neck dress, body suits, shirts, etc! Now...also let me explain. If you come here thinking you are going to get Nordstrom store quality and return policy you are going to be disappointed. The return policy stinks (especially when the dressing rooms weren't even open!) but it also prevents me from too buying much so that's good. Is there some loose strings on the clothes? yes but my goodness the prices are ridiculous! You just have to look over the items and quality check before purchase. I have recommended this store to so many friends and they all have found cute stylish pieces. For reference I am 5'11" wear a size 9 pant/short and large top.”
“The Monday morning staff was amazing, helpful and welcoming.. the mall was slow and I felt so good after leaving this store they made me wanna buy something because their energy was so needed when I was already dealing with some personal tings they snapped me outta of it and treated myself to some bougie crocs. I accidentally left my card and the worker tried to call me email me and held on to my card til I show up… The whole staff needs a raise or an extra 20% off because I’m still loving my experience after being on a long ride from San Francisco ?”

“I shopped online before going to the store. They ended up either not having the shoes in stock or didn’t have my size to try on. I was able to try on a few choices in an attempt to see what size I should order on line. A positive is that once I get the shoes, if they do not fit or are not comfortable, I can return them to the store.”
