Spread the Word Nevada is a wonderful nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting reading and providing books to the community. They have helped start a much-needed library, which kids really enjoy. The organization also visits elementary schools, where they give children the opportunity to pick out books and read aloud to students. Volunteers, including teens, are welcomed and are treated kindly by staff. The organization appreciates donations of gently used books and is committed to supporting development through reading.
