“Had a blowout. Tires were 9 years old! Needed 4 new tires an alignment and wiper blades. Got it done for me ! I love having the warranty on the tires in case of a flat or problem down the road! Got wiper blades too! Employees at Henderson and all stores are friendly and helpful”

“Finding an auto shop when you're a woman sucks. My cousin has been going here for years. She put me onto Big O for oil changes, and I've never gone back to the dealer since.
Last week, my tire sensor died, and I needed it fixed quickly. I went to Big O. I love that I could make an appointment online and then come in when it was convenient for me. Drop off was easy. There were no upsells or high-pressure sales tactics.
I will say the price was about $30 more than the Discount Tire down the street ($106 vs. $79), but I specifically stuck with Big O because I knew they'd fix my tire sensor and not try to talk me into extras or magically find 5 other things that need emergency repair. Anytime I've had an oil change, they fix it at the quoted price and usually finish earlier than promised. I'm happy to pay a little extra for peace of mind.
My car was ready an hour earlier than promised. Pickup was very simple. They even had my car parked right by the door for me. I checked in, paid, and left. I received an email later letting me know when my car is due for milestone services, which was very cool to read. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. This is the kind of shop you can trust.”
“I have had this location do 5 of my vehicles, all had set of 4 replaced. I have nothing but a great experience here. They have fixed 3 flats on my daughters car for free, and never has never has purchased tires with them. Just great employees, always in good moods. I did buy a set of tires for my wife's car at a different location not too far from this one, and it was night and day. Funny how the same company can treat you so differently at different locations. Could have just gone at a bad time too, but now all my business goes to this location! Windmill Discount tire, go see these folks!”
“In from out of town and needed a tire repair. Super sweet guys here. As I am waiting in the lobby, I am watching each interaction and have to say I am so impressed with not just their knowledge but their intentional kindness. To everyone. Including the gentleman who was looking for a disagreement. Jorge’s quick “I got you man. Please give me one moment to finish with this gentleman I’m working with and I’ll get right to you.” And he did.

“Yesterday I stopped at this location. I was having problems with my car after having a different chain changed my battery. They were insisting i needed a diagnostic as i was getting many warnings and many things were not working on my dashboard once the battery had been changed.
The manager (Tim Chrismer) who i spoke to when i got there was quick to ask to look at the car for himself. Within 5 minutes and he had already figured out the issues was probably a simple fuse which was confirmed as soon as such fuse was replaced.
So i went from needing a $185 diagnostic to replacing a few $ fuse in 10 minutes.
I will be making sure to take my cars to Firestone from this point on based on this amazing experience!!!”
