“Came to semper fi for my A/C going out. Tried to ignore it but the heat is just getting too hot. As a veteran with a service dog I always worry I won’t be welcomed in certain establishments. I was so wrong here, David was very understanding and helpful. Courtney the service writer was absolutely amazing with explaining to me everything found and the price points of why the price was what it was, no up charging or BS! They found things that needed immediate attention and since getting serviced my car has run better and is a lot cooler for this hot summer coming up. Will be coming back for all my car needs!!”

They actually dug in to figure out what the real problems were, and provided me with legit quality repairs, not just slapping a bandaid on a big issue like some places do. The prices are fair and the communication while my truck was in the shop was much appreciated. “I brought my 2016 Mazda to Up & Go last week. I’m the original owner, and until now, I had only taken it to the dealership for maintenance and repairs. Even though I repeatedly told the dealership that the air conditioner was not getting cold, they continued to tell me it was working properly.
Up & Go performed a thorough inspection and quickly discovered that the compressor was bad. I had my car back the next day, and the air was blowing cold before I even left the parking lot.
I was a little nervous about going somewhere other than the dealership, but after this experience, I will not be going back. The service was excellent, and they were honest about what needed immediate attention and what could wait. I highly recommend them.”

I have a third-party warranty, and Rosie took it from there — I honestly just sat back while they handled everything: contacting the warranty company, ordering parts, and filing all the paperwork.
Carlos was great and super easy to talk to. He walked me through the issues with the truck, explained how he diagnosed it, and I even found out he plays instruments.

The 6'7 receptionist dude needs to work on his customer service skill , but other than that I'll definitely give this location my hard earned money and recommending TIRES WORKS to my family and friends because of Gus ! There have been so many instances in which I have been told I needed a service, from someone else, but when I take it to JCJ, they get to the bottom of the issue, and most of the times, I spend nothing, or a fraction of what was quoted me elsewhere.
