The representative was very professional and very organized and very understanding on my visit and I can extremely say that that store is very magnificent, especially the rep that representing a company as large and as big as AT&T.

Had a visit yesterday to this location, Silvia was great ! she definitely know what she was doing And a great customer service! I was able to resolve the issues on my iPhone no problem.

Silvia made my experience so fun and easy! I initially came in for an issue on my phone and she helped me out and after a couple hours I came back ready to get a new phone! If you have the pleasure to talk to Silvia it will make your day better! :)
