“Video Game Repair fixed my PS5's broken HDMI port fast! My Playstation 5 got knocked over and it fell on the HDMI port. After that it stopped showing any picture. I tried a few different cables and TV's, but none of that worked.
I called around and Video Game Repair was the only one that could fit me in today. I rushed it down there, and they started on it right away. They completely dismantled the thing and eventually got to the circuit board. The dismantling looked like it exploded. He did his soldering thing, fired it up half assembled to verify video was working then completely reassembled it. There was easily 50 screws that had to go back in. Apparently they do lots of these because the reassembly went exactly right, the first time. Every screw went in the exact right spot. Given that there are many screws of obviously different thread and length, that's impressive.
He fired it up, we both verified together that it was working right, assured me that if there's any surprises they warranty their work and sent me on my way, all in about an hour. They're my only place to get my repairs from this point foreword.”
