The store was very clean and wellstaffed but your employee was the reason I felt I had to write a review. She was very helpful and so kind. Her name is RAQUEL and she works in electrical. Her name is very unique and so was she. To me it seemed like she was the only person working but I'm sure that's not fair to assume that. “These days the main choices are Lowe's Home Improvement and The Home Depot. I'm a novice at repairs, but have friends that know a little more. I like the selection. I just bought a Towel Rack. I asked where I can find one. He told me where and I found them right away. Had a few choices, Clean store. If you want something big done I believe they can help with most Home Improvement jobs. Prices are good.”

“Air Conditioner Dept. Staff were well knowledgeable in air condition what BTU, voltages & plugs There are different voltages, watts & size of the plugs. I bought 2 air conditioner
10,000 BTU & 14,000 BTU. Rosa Perez Lowe's store in Eastern & Igor Lowe's store in Fort Apache did an excellent job. It took me all day to find the right size of air conditioner based on width, length, BTU, 230 voltage & the right size of plugs. Happy customer!!!”
“I can't say enough about this Home Depot location! From the minute I walked in, the staff was so helpful! I had to pick up a water heater for a homebound friend of mine, I had it purchased within 5 minutes with Nacho getting the water heater, putting it on a cart, helping me get to the truck rental area to rent a truck. He loaded it onto the truck for me as well! Ken in the truck rental areas was so efficient and helpful as well! I live on the other side of town and I have to say, the S. Lamb location's staff beats the location by me, hands down! The team lead who rang up the purchase was great too, I wish I remembered her name! And there was another employee who helped Nacho...he was great as well, wish I could remember his name. Thanks Home Depot on S. Lamb, I'll definitely be back. Oh, by the way, the truck rental was such a smooth process, I highly recommend if you need a short term truck rental. Thanks guys!”
“TL;DR, package locker wouldn't open, but staff were incredible in helping me get my order fast.

When I arrived to pick up an online order, I was greeted by a very helpful associate, Sophia. She showed me the to the package lockers and gave me instructions for how to retrieve my order. However, the scanner on the package locker would not work, nor did manually entering my order number; the locker simply would not open. After a few minutes of troubleshooting, a manager, Daniel, came over to help and had the same issues. Since I couldn’t pick up my order, Daniel himself went to quickly fetch my items while Sophia politely chatted with me and apologized for the tech issues. They were both absolutely wonderful—helpful, kind, communicative, and prompt. 10/10 shopping experience.”
“Needed new refrigerator water filter and wood grained toilet seat. My local Lowes didn't have what I needed, but just 10 minutes away, another Lowes did! I get a 10% veterans discount and very happy with my purchase.”

Garden center outside has a large variety of plants, watering and irrigation supplies, and stepping stones.
The insect control store section carries many products to fit your needs. I even bought mosquito bug zappers here that actually help to control mosquitoes. I suggest adding the oxtenol attractant bait capsules to the zappers and changing them every summer month. These help attract mosquitoes more
The window treatment store section has only cordless horizontal blinds due to safety.
The brand they have has failed us several times due to poor automatic mechanism. I don't recommend this brand of blinds.
The hand tool section has quality brands. I have purchased good drill bits, wrenches, saws, screwdriver sets, and other well-made tools.
The sprinkler irrigation section has everything I ever needed. Pvc and cpvc pipes, pipe solvents, fittings, and valves.
The door lockset hardware section is huge. Also, with a large variety of electronic door locks. This store is highly recommended.”
