“Well, when I gave five stars, I was referring to the store overall, and especially to one employee who works at night, the slim guy named Andrew.
But don’t go there during the day, because there’s a woman with light-colored eyes who is extremely arrogant. She treats people badly and yells at customers, it happened to me.
I don’t know what her problem is or why she’s so angry all the time. If I were the owner of that place, I would have fired her a long time ago. She’s incredibly rude to customers.
So I’m leaving this review out of frustration, and I hope that if she happens to read this, she learns to be a little kinder and more patient with people.”
“Great experience. First time actually having a cigar in a lounge. I took a risk and purchased a cigar, I haven’t had before. Got five minutes in and hated it.
I then purchased a different cigar and spent the next Two hours in the lounge, smoking it.
Good service and conversation.
When I closed my tab, they did not charge me for the first cigar because I didn’t smoke it.
Even after I insisted to pay for it.”

“My buddy gave me a Kegerator for my birthday. But I need to find a place that sold the CO2 tanks and know how to service them. As I called and went around to the usual suspects. Liquor stores supermarkets none of them did it. My buddy Norm found Homebrews here in Las Vegas and the owner. Steve answered the phone and I found him very knowledgeable about what I needed. He had the CO2 tanks and went to his place. He has supplies for making homemade wine and homemade beer and parts for kegerator. Steve was very knowledgeable about what I had and what I needed. When I got home, I put everything together and found out this kegerator had other problems. Steve answered the phone. He walked me through a bunch of try to fixes, but it turned out that I need some new parts went back over. He was really helpful on everything but he was missing one or two parts that he had to order. And it will be up and running next week.
You can tell Steve has a passion about what he does, very helpful great guy and I will definitely be doing more business with him and absolutely recommend him to anybody who’s doing these things.”
“Naeria was the most amazing cashier I have ever experienced in any of the Total Wine stores. And there have been many good experiences. She went far and beyond to make my visit special. Something you just don't experience anymore. I want her to know how much I appreciated her time and effort.”

“We stopped into XO Liquor since it was close to our rental house, and honestly, it was such a great find! They had a little bit of everything, and the pricing was right in line with other stores. One thing that stood out was their creative bundle deals (apparently that’s the trend right now), and they looked awesome, plus, you really couldn’t beat the prices.
They’ve also recently added slushies, which were delicious—definitely worth trying!
The highlight of our visit, though, was meeting Shawn. He was incredibly friendly, offered us a sample smoothie, and even gave us a tour of some of the new items in the store. That personal touch made the whole experience. If I were local, this would absolutely be my go-to liquor store.
They also offer a points program for free products, which sounded like a great perk—even though we didn’t sign up since we were just visiting. On top of everything else, the store was very clean, and the midday crowd was super pleasant.
Highly recommend stopping in!”

Many establishments seem to be forgetting the importance of good manners and proper employee training, but this store provided excellent customer service and was very helpful. “I called from Sydney Australia and Carlos and Paige sourced me the 3 Elvis Presley bourbons I required, all of which are impossible to get in Australia.
They put them aside for me a month in advance and my sister picked them up for me recently without a hitch.
I cannot recommend them more highly, they went above and beyond by providing excellent customer service, they were incredibly friendly on the phone, had a huge range of products at amazing prices.

“The atmosphere is great. You can find almost anything you're looking for I don't drink but I do love collecting nice bottles of liquor I don't care what brand or whatever it is as long as the bottle is cute and nice I collect them from my bar
So this is a good place for that.Even if you do drink it has any and everything you've looking for because my husband do have a glass of wine or something.Every now and then so that's where we go.”

“They have a great selection and it's convenient to get to, but they always make me listen to Taylor Swift when I'm there. Not sure if it's to get people to leave faster, or by more liquor to forget they had to listen to the slop. Pay the employees more!”
“Large bourbon selection including rare and hard to find bottles. Staff really helpful. Why only 4 stars? Pricing of some items secondary or above, which is why they are still there. Hit the jackpot, go baller and get that Pappy!

“I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Michael at the West Flamingo store. I had stopped in to get a bottle of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin. The Sardinian Citrus is my favorite. In our short conversation, Michael mentioned that they had a gin tasting yesterday. Although, he is not a gin drinker, he was very impressed, and even liked Awayuki Japanese Gin. It is infused with Strawberries. I can tell you: It.Is.INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! Awayuki is now one of my top three Gins I will purchase. Michael, your advice is SPOT ON!!!! Lee’s, Michael is definitely a keeper!!!!!”

Not only did they have the product I was looking for, when I told the associate that it's hard to find in new mexico, they went to the back and got a case for me.”
