To the shuttle on Oct. 13 around 10a, the shuttle driver I'm trying to figure out why is he so rude us riders couldn't believe it and the ride was basically across the street I would have walked had I known, fix you driver rudeness please.

Flew into Las Vegas had rented our car from Nu Car for about half the price of other companies. Directions were clear and simple. Staff was polite, kind caring and professional. From Nu Car Rentals
Upon arrival at McCarran Intl Airport follow the airport signs to the Car Rental Center shuttle which you will board. Once you arrive at the Car Rental Center proceed to Sign number 4 at the Off Airport waiting area. Our NU Car Rental shuttle will be waiting to take you to our location just across the street. After hours drops are allowed at our location.
