“I am going through some unexpected changes that have inconvenienced me and stressed me out along with putting me in a financial pinch; on top of that 2 of my tires were leaking. One very badly. I went to Walmart to see if they could fix it. Walmart’s team member gave me an all day wait time and was not listening to understand but being argumentative about what I was saying and not responding in a professional manner. I could hear the stress in her voice. I felt awful. This should not of been a stressful process for anybody. The situation made me uncomfortable so I drove off and told her “I’m sorry; I don’t feel comfortable so I am going to take my business elsewhere”. I googled “tire repair” and this place popped up; I called and Rick answered the phone. He was professional and told me to stop by and they would get with me A.S.A.P. When I pulled up Angelo was there to serve and greeted me with kindness and a smile. Angelo listened to my concerns and understood with good intentions to serve me with professionalism and honesty. The situation did not stress him out at all. Angelo fixed my tires like it was no big deal. Both Rick and Angelo went above and beyond with the best customer service I have ever experienced in Las Vegas, NV. THANK YOU. I will be back.”

“I had my TPMS sensor change by Discount Tire at the Flamingo location, but tire pressure warning light was still on after the newly installed TPMS sensor. The staff at Flamingo gave me a bogus excuses, first wanting me to drive the car for a couple hours, and then wanting me to take my car to the dealership to check electrical board. I decided to came to the Sahara location for a second opinion before taking my car to the dealership, and the friendly staff here was able to quickly pair up the TPMS sensor and solved the issue within minutes. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff at this location, and will be coming to this shop in the future.”
