Good customer service, communication lacks. Took my car in to fix a plastic molding and they didn't call to tell me that the door was bent before putting it on. So if I get the door fixed I would have to pay twice for the same fix.

Professional and easy to work with. They are part of Ford so you can use your Ford Maintenance Plan here and you Ford Pass points. The coffee wasn't bad and the chairs were comfy.
