Smith's is a well-maintained and clean grocery store that offers a convenient shopping experience. The store is known for its fresh produce, bakery, and meat and seafood departments, which are consistently fresh and free of unpleasant odors. Customers appreciate the good prices and friendly customer service, with many mentioning they have shopped there for years. The store is generally well-stocked, and checkout is usually quick and efficient, especially when more registers are opened to reduce wait times. Recently, the store received a face-lift, maintaining a bright and appealing appearance, though some updates suggest ongoing rearranging of products. However, there are some drawbacks. Parking can be tight, with limited spaces in front and better options around nearby businesses. The store’s hours are strict; it closes promptly at 11:45 pm, which can be inconvenient for late shoppers. Accessibility issues have been noted, such as locked carts and blocked entrances that sometimes hinder shopping plans. Customer service experiences vary; while many praise the helpful staff, some incidents, like a cashier not checking the price of an ice cream or slow service at the deli, have been reported. Overall, Smith's remains a popular choice for locals, offering a clean, well-stocked environment with good prices, but shoppers should be aware of parking limitations and strict hours.
Great food deals but TERRIBLE customer service. I was there late one night and all the employees there were just in a group talking. I had trouble at the self checkout line and NOBODY came and helped me...smh

My favorite Smith's. The staff is friendly and I like it because it is a bit smaller. It feels more like a neighborhood welcoming store. The pharmacist and staff are amazing and know just about everybody by name it seems.

Its pretty Clean considering its age. It also has a US Bank inside so its pretty convenient.
Parking is tight though, I usually Park by the Applebee's because parking in front is always limited.
