“Came in here today to get my Harley's rear tire swapped, and unfortunately had another seizure while waiting in their lobby which isn't uncommon for me. I forgot to take my meds before I came in and these guys were more than helpful when I faded out.
They helped me out until the ambulance arrived and even after I was released and got back to the shop, these guys were extremely kind.
I appreciate all of y'all for being a solid group of guys. 100%.”

“Wow! I had a tire blow out close to this tire shop and called in to see if they could help me. We'll come to find out, the rim to my tire had a huge gash in it. He told me he couldnt replace the rim, but he would try to help me fill the hole on the rim for a quick fix to get me home. He spent his own time creating a quick fix for me and wasn't going to charge me anything. He was very kind and the cost was reasonable. 60 bucks for a new tire...

“Gus, the manager was amazing ! He really put in the work ( submitting pictures and videos)to get my car warranty claim approved. It took 5 hours and I had to buy my own lunch ? but, not having to fork over $2,500 for car repairs during the holidays is well worth it ! The 6'7 receptionist dude needs to work on his customer service skill , but other than that I'll definitely give this location my hard earned money and recommending TIRES WORKS to my family and friends because of Gus ! Thanks again !”

“Very honest and up front. I dread going to actual car dealers because they are not honest and their pricing for service is extremely high. Pep Boys are at least 30% less in pricing and were honest in what needed to be repaired and/or replaced. The Cadillac dealer kept my vehicle for 2 weeks which is about the norm. Pep boys turned in my vehicle the next day. I trust Pep Boys and highly recommend them. My Pep Boys shop was on Lake Mead, Summerlin, Las Vegas, NV.”
