One item was a years old problem that two reliable independent shops in LA said was a do not repair engine timing chain issue due to cost and complexity for an old car (2001 Nissan Maxima). Properly diagnosed here and was only an alternator replacement! Great job here finding the issue.”

“Went to ACE LV for a bumper repair and they connected me with Freddy at Gerber Collision, great experience all around. Both companies were transparent, respectful, and communicative every step of the way. There were no hidden fees, and they sent a link so I could track my car’s repair status online.
The whole job took just 2 days, and my bumper looks brand new. Freddy even fixed a few scratches on my passenger door that I mentioned weren’t a big deal, he went ahead and took care of them anyway. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare.
They also work closely with car insurance and can help set you up with a rental if you need one. Highly recommend, their excellent reviews are well earned.”

They did exactly what the insurance company allows them to do but it wasn’t right, they got with the insurance company and was allowed to paint a fender also so the car didn’t have two shades of paint.
