“There was a lack of customer service except for one woman who went above and beyond. After wandering the store and being pointed in many directions, finally this employee found us and walked us and helped us for the next 30 minutes. Thank goodness she was there.”

“The store is nice, clean and organized. They have Nice women in men's clothing. They also have shoes and undergarments and a small toy section and some housing decor. They sell bedding, pillows, bathroom rugs, etc. It's just a little pricey there so you have to catch the sales. I love that they have Amazon return there and you can return your stuff and shop at the same time”
“I was surprised to find low everyday pricing on some items, including 2 litre bottles of Pepsi and Coke products for $1.99. They also have several self checkout stations to eliminate long lines. The only negative is that they don't have limited products due to the small size of the store, but this probably won't matter to most customers.”

“I always love the discounted products here, but unfortunately the best items were probably already sold out because I arrived a little later. Nevertheless, the store definitely deserves five stars due to its cleanliness and nice selection of products!”
“I went for last-minute shopping and this was my first time in this store. There were so many empty shelves already and thought there won’t be anything good left anymore.
I was wrong! I snagged these cute dresses and little bag and shoes to go with it. All under $75! Unbelievable! I think I spent about 1.5 hours browsing the store to find these great deals.
I included the photos of shoes and bags I chose from. Eventhough the store looks empty, there are still great finds left. The cashier was friendly and chatted with me while cashing me out.
I will definitely be back to do more shopping!”
“Don't like waiting to get in. Store not busy after opening on weekday. I understand crowd control, but when Ross only has 5 customers, I think waiting outside to go in is hurting because they are limiting shopper's.”

“I’ve been in here twice but the first time I didn’t really take the time to look around but this is the second time I came in here and they have a very nice selection (and large selection) of clothing especially for the ladies. I always LOVE a good bargain or discount on clothing. If you’re not patient or hate going through racks and racks of clothes then you’ll probably be miserable in here. I would only go if you’re in a good mood and can take your time because there is ALOT of racks. Some reviews are also complaining that the prices are the same as Dillards.. maybe SOME of their sale prices but have you been in Dillards lately? I usually can’t find anything for under a minimum of $80 for one piece regular price. I walked in when they were having $3 deals on dresses, underwear, bras, etc.. (can’t try on super bargain deals in the fitting room) which is kind of crazy so some folks where hiding behind racks so they aren’t fully visible to the public trying on the super bargain deals lol.
I really like this store but the reason for the 4 stars is I don’t know what in the world this store was thinking when they put this store together as they only have 5 dressing rooms open for the women and for the size of this store they need to have about 10 fitting rooms in one fitting room area and then another 1 or two more areas for fitting rooms. They also only allow you to try on 7 items at a time and if you want to try on more you then have to get back in the long line AGAIN to try on 7 more items so if you have a cart full of clothes or hell even 2 carts… GOOD LUCK! The dressing room employee was not friendly at all either. The employee saw a man behind me waiting to use the fitting room and he didn’t know it was a woman’s fitting room only. He thought it was the only fitting room area like I did and she waits until he’s next to tell him he can’t go in there because it’s for women only. That’s a little wild considering she knew he was there. All she had to do was point him to the men’s fitting room. I was kind of annoyed for him considering all that time you have to wait just to be told that. They need to do better with managing the fitting room situation but other than that definitely a ton of clothing racks to go through and if you love to shop or like to hunt for a good bargain this might be your dream store.”
“We went in just looking to see what the store offered and saw the Jewelry counter. We were assisted by Alisha. Alisha was amazing! I saw a bunch of rings that I saw and wanted to try on. She was very helpful and it resulted in a sale! Adrian Noyer must be very proud of Alisha!”
“Within the bustling, thriving city of Las Vegas, I visit this Burlington store and it looks kind of cool, especially for the fancy sign they have, basically a glamorous style of Vegas lights. It feels like a secret store down below the strip. It was pretty calm inside, nothing going on, except how much the one on Nellis Boulevard haunts me, let alone how much I hated it over there. This one looks really okay. Although I didn't brought nothing, I just did a quick walk inside and head out. Oh, this location will have problems because since it's located at the strip, you'll be seeing a lot of drunk people looking for trouble. But I didn't saw nothing happening. It was okay.”
“Store is way too Big for me personally, add the fact I never seem to find any "available" Employees to help find what I'm looking for, it's a Hard Pass. However, they always have parking available & if you Like long shopping outings ... you'll most likely find everything you're looking for!”

“This location is near downtown so it's not the best place but it's not dangerous either. Some homeless people roaming but as a woman by myself at night I never feel unsafe. Great people work here and they have a ton of vegan, organic, healthy options which I really appreciate.”
