“I have been doing business with Plus Mail for many years and highly recommend it for locking postal boxes, safe and secure mailing of U.S. Postal Service mail and parcel posts delivery and pick up of all kinds including USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon and many others. Liliana is a pleasure to do business with. She always smiles and greets with her pleasant personality. Her business offers many other services, too, like tax preparation, many office services including notary, postal stamps, stationary, printing, copying, labeling and wrapping packages, and bubble wrap and weighing needs.There are comfortable chairs for customer to relax in, especially seniors, to sit if occasional waiting is necessary. There are tables to use as workstations if needed. Stop in and check out Plus Mail. Credit cards are accepted. “I only found this place about a half a year ago but I love it. It just recently changed hands after the previous owner and his wife retired. Anyone wavering on going because of the reviews on here needn't worry. That being said, the previous owner and his wife weren't the type of store clerks to throw themselves at your feet but I for one prefer this over the too eager, "can I help you" every 3 seconds type. I've never witnessed them being unfriendly or unhelpful.
And their lovely dog was the absolute best part of every time I went there!
And regarfless, new owner(s) as of recently. If the place had to switch owners it's seems like it couldn't be anyone better!”

I was in a bind (and calling from another country on top of it)and needed a time-share cancellation request hand delivered immediately within Las Vegas and customer service rep Susan was awesome helping me!! Susan asked me to put together the documents and email her the specific details of what needed to be done. I emailed her all the documents including the instructions and she verbally confirmed my instructions and got the documents delivered with additional photos I had not thought of--- Susan needs a raise!!!! “Excellent service by Marie today and Max as well the owner. He’s been there for an early 30 years. They’re a full service establishment. I had an incomplete UPS package and Marie was gracious enough today to fix me up to get the package up and run it. Max is always been gracious to me over the years. This review is long overdue.. He’s located about 10 business doors to the right of SMITH’S Food Center on the corner of Maryland Parkway and Sahara Ave., East.

“I had some items shipped to this store but wasn't a mailbox holder. I knew there would be a charge for them to receive it and hold it for me until I was able to get over there and pick it up. The service I received was exceptional from Andrea and Delilah. They watched for my shipment because I gave them my tracking numbers in advance and they contacted me when the order was delivered to their store. I highly recommend this store. Thank you very much.”

“I have been coming to this UPS Store on Flamingo (Store #0097) for over 10 years and have always received great service. Kabir is a young man working hard to make a living, and I’ve always found him to be polite, professional, and helpful with customers. The rest of the team here is also courteous and respectful, even when dealing with difficult situations.
I was in the store the day this incident happened to pick up my mail and witnessed it firsthand. The customer had shipped a large Amazon return, which requires a box—either the original box from home or one purchased in-store. UPS Stores are not responsible for providing free boxes or packing large items at no cost. While they may sometimes add tape to a small box as a courtesy, packing an oversized item in a $13.50 box is a service that requires a fee, and that is standard policy across all UPS Store franchises.
With today’s inflation, small businesses must follow these policies to keep their doors open. Returning days later over $6.50 and confronting staff is not reasonable. It’s similar to buying a bag at the grocery store—you wouldn’t expect to get your money back after using it.”
