“Ms. Selena was a wonderful helper today, we had a problem with our TV and shipping it back. Today with Ms. Selena we had to do plenty of measurements, taping and re-taping, but while that was all happening Ms. Selena stayed focus and worked with us, doing it whatever she had to do to make sure we got our TV shipped back to the company. While we were working everything out, Ms. Selena started to understand our problem and everything became easier and easier along the way. So to finish off this long letter, I would like to say that Ms. Selena and her other associates that helped with our TV situation were the best helpers we've ever had while being at UPS. Corey used to be my go to guy but unfortunately he left but the service is still as good. Prices are reasonable, cheaper than other UPS Stores when trying to send the exact same item to the same place. It can get busy and it's a small store with 1 of 2 employees so have some patience and don't get all frustrated for nothing.”

“I’ve been coming here for years because of work. This place has its peak times but the workers are always working through each customer. Almost always greeting me even though I try to rush in and out of there. I’ve never caught any of their names til today. Evie, Sam and others have been nice to me. Evie will even go out of her way to help and make sure my packages are all there or even answer any questions.
