“This team has earned five starts because we experienced five star service. Amazing cars and terrific people making it all happen. My husband enjoyed the lambo immensely.. with that being said for you folks out there thinking that 800.00 for a four hour ride is a good deal it is. Unfortunately that’s not what you’ll be paying. There’s so many taxes and fees added on to the final costs. We’re talking thousands not hundred. It was worth the money no doubt. So now you know.”

“If you're in town this is the place too rent an exotic. The whole process went super smooth from start to finish. Being a Canadian resident it isn't the easiest renting higher end vehicles and this is the only place that will allow you too.

“A must do while in Vegas! What a fun day! The electric cars were a great way to drive the scenic loop at Red Rock. Our group of ten found the cars easy to drive after a short instruction and practice drive. The staff was beyond great. Brandy was excellent with making our arrangements and some last minute changes. Loved meeting and talking with them. I would highly recommend this activity through this group. You won’t be disappointed!”

“We were going to have a pathetic experience, but fortunately Dazree saved us, from another employee named Mike.
We were initially attended by Mike, who smiled and promised us to give the best possible deal, but we were shocked to hear the quotation that he gave us, coz this was a 3rd party booking and we had already made some payment online. So we asked him to give us a break up of the amount, that is when he stated throwing tantrums at us saying this is the best he could do and said “ there are others waiting in the queue, take it or leave it”. Basically he did not want to be transparent with us. After that he went inside for something, and out of curiosity I looked at his screen to see the break up, I found out that he upgraded us to another car and charged us for it, also he charged us for the fuel, and we asked him none of that.
That is when I told him why did you do that, and he started yelling at us saying that we are not supposed to look into his screen and asked us to leave the place. We literally had an argument there. Post that Dazree came into the picture and helped us out and we got a quotation half the amount quoted by Mike.
Thank god! that there are good people too in the world full of monsters. It was an hectic experience for us, and we ended up wasting 2 hours.”

“Avis counter at the Excalibur is the best Avis rental desk on the Las Vegas Strip. Believe me, I've tried other Vegas locations (New York New York, Mandalay Bay) in the past & I've encountered the worse counter agents & service in the rental car business.We've been renting cars from this location for about the last 3 years. Avis @ Excal is always professional, friendly, polite & sincere. Jeanette is the manager here & her service is very personal & impeccable. This level of service is also reflected by the other counter agents during her absence. Their cars are clean & well maintained.We recently rented a car from Avis @ Excalibur at the end of 2023. We returned it on New Year's eve, but encountered a problem because of the popularity of the occasion on the Strip (with it's closure & the fireworks show). Everyone was parking wherever they could find space, so all the Avis reserved stalls were occupied. We found an empty stall in the near vicinity. No agent was on-duty at this time, so we wrote a short note about this on the rental document folder & slipped it into their lock box with the car keys.To my relief & pleasant surprise, I received a text message 2 days later verifying that the return of our rental car was confirmed. I had never received a confirmation text like this in the past (even when I returned the keys in the drop box before). This is the type of personal, friendly & considerate service is the reason that keeps me returning to this Avis location at Excalibur for all my Las Vegas car rentals now & in the future.”

On 4/9/25 it wasn’t ready till 5/19/25. I have to admit I felt a bit frustrated for taking so long. However, CRUZ made up for the delay. When I arrived to pick it up my truck early morning he received me with great energy, took the time to go over everything to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. He explained all the functionalities and even gave me some advice on what fluids I should always have handy. CRUZ is knowledgeable and attentive. I will be going back tomorrow to request report on services completed so I may keep on file. I also asked if he could show me once again how to properly operate the lift-gate…he’s expecting me early morning. I will update on my after all experience.
