“I love this bank. I've been with them for years,and have no issues. Have had home loans, Heloc, auto, everything from this bank. Came in today for another auto loan, and was helped by Coreena. Excellent service, very friendly, and everything was done in about 20 minutes. Even though i didn't have an appointment, they still took care of me and I only waited 5 minutes max. Quick easy and reliable is what you get at this bank. Thanks again America's First!”

“I know we all hate walking into banks, we'll at least i do. Specially when the teller or consultant is no help at all. This was our second stop of the day because at another bank the consultant was no help at all. I am so glad we walked into this U.S. Bank and met with Trisha. Trisha was so helpful and assisted me and my team with all the questions and concerns we had on opening an account. She was kind, funny and most importan informative and knowledge. My mom's favorite teller has always been Kerri, as she always displays the best customer service with promptness, efficiency with a smile! You can't ask for a better experience from a teller and advise everyone to go to her!”
“Had the best experience with Jessica at this bank, I had to do some paper work due to lost checks in the mail. She walked me through everything and made sure I got my checks that same day. This was a Saturday too so it’s nice that I didn’t have to get out of work or anything and could do it on the weekend! Little things like this is why I bank at chase and why this is my local branch I go to. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!”

“Yes this location is always busy (I don't even live in Vegas) but I bring my mother when I visit her. Yea, there may be a wait but each time I have come has been a good experience. This last time was great. My mom had some issues recently with fraudulent activity and we knew we would have to wait since we did not have an appointment. The wait was not unreasonable (less than 15 minutes) and we were helped my Malik who was beyond fantastic. He was so friendly, personable and attentive. Even though it took almost 2 hours to get it straightened out (not his fault...we were on hold most of that time and the entire time Malik talked to us and did not make us feel rushed). We were very happy with the service received.”

“We have been banking with Wafd in North Las Vegas for years & my husband still insists on going to the Branch to make check deposit when he can do it easily with mobile deposit. He said its the only place where he gets a VIP treatment. They are so welcoming, coffee & cookies everytime he goes there, we never had to wait. They definitely provide a 5 star service.”
