Called the customer service department and was very surprised with friendly, knowledgeable customer service rep ability to help locate the part needed. Furthermore was thrilled that she would expedite the parts needed at NO CHARGE! I received the parts as promised and replaced easily as the part came in a kit that had a allen wrench and clear directions. I will now purchase MOEN for all replacements needed in my home =) Thank's MOEN”

She entered everything on her tablet as we selected materials. We walked to her office where the printed order was waiting for me. I had spent a couple of days on this before I met LeAnne.
