I hate that this store does not have a 5 star rating based on 1 review because they should have a 10 star and a medal?️ !! We moved to Vegas a year ago from NY and between PetSmart/petco my poor baby biscuit(mini golden doodle) has gone through it with BAD cuts until TODAY! Any other haircuts she has had from the other places made her look like a boy and a rat!

We found her groom home at all about paws!!! she looks so pretty, smelled the best ever and was handled with so much care. Listen, if you want your dog to be loved and cared for this is the place. I can’t get over how beautiful she looks with her little bob and fluffy tail. I am gushing over my sweet pretty girl. Thank you so much!!”

“Great. My baby Muppet has had some bad groomers. She came out happy. Smiled all the way home. She is a nervous little dog but had no anxiety going there. The staff was excellent and understood my concerns. This is my permanent groomer.”

“If you have an animal such as a bunny, guinea pig, bird, ect that needs grooming you should check out Priscilla's Pantry. The last Saturday of the month I take our bunny to get groomed. They have been so kind and helpful to help me learn how to take care of her. The ladies are awesome and have hearts of gold for animals.

Also, Noel is the owner and he is super kind and helpful. All of the animals are out including Miss Priscilla herself. He is very knowledgeable and has an array of products at very reasonable prices. Please support this small business that is amazing if you have a small pet that needs some cool stuff.

“Despite being pricy sometimes, I enjoy the loyalty program, the doggie day care availability, the grooming salon, and now, the vet practice.
It’s convenient to have all these pet services in one place, but more importantly, I find the people working there are friendly and helpful.
Alyssa, at the pets hotel, has been especially helpful in resolving an issue with my dog and day camp/care, and because of this, the North 5th Street location in North Las Vegas is my go to when I need to board my service dog.
Another shout out to Mari, a groomer at the S. Rainbow location; my dog has never looked so good after a grooming and de shedding service. I will forever be requesting her to groom my dog.”

“I like this PetSmart. The store is clean, well-stocked and the cashiers are friendly. The parking lot is clean, well-lit at night and is convenient. The prices are good and I always seem to find something I can get on sale.”

“Mike and Najee are my go to however everyone here is AMAZING! Mike does an excellent job grooming our baby every time and sometimes Najee does her baths . I am extremely picky about where I take her and who I let groom her but these two young men & honestly the whole grooming department here are seriously outstanding ! I've been coming here for over a year and every time I've been so impressed ! Also please make sure to tip, grooming is VERY HARD WORK , imagine doing that all day long. They all deserve the best”
