“I usually haven’t had great experiences at Big Five stores because of poor customer service and salespeople who often seem uninterested. That is definitely not the case at the Big Five on Craig Road, especially in the shoe department.
I go through running and work shoes frequently due to my job, so I tend to buy a lot of shoes. The last few times I have been there, I have had the pleasure of being helped by Stephen, who is by far one of the nicest and most professional salespeople I have ever met. He is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely makes the effort to make customers feel welcome. He is never pushy, always ready to answer questions, and even makes small talk to put you at ease. It is clear he is not just trying to sell shoes but truly cares about the customer experience.
Stephen is the reason I go to Big Five on Craig Road and not any other location. His professionalism and friendliness are rare and make every visit a positive experience.
