“Eva Hansen was helping me through the process of picking and test driving different Mini models. I know she is new, but has a lot of potential. She is patient, polite, friendly, try to answer all my questions, and the ones she didn’t know she found the way to figure out the answers. I was really happy having her for 2 days :))
On the other hand Marcus, I’m guessing is the other sails person - I had to go back after the purchase to drop couple things I forgot earlier. Eva was off , and Marcus was asking me if Eva mentioned his name ( for whatever reason). He came out king of rude and unprofessional. Maybe he has better experience in his job, but I’m glad I had Eva instead. If you give her a chance to learn more and get more experience she will be great.”

“Went in today to buy wiper blades. Ask to have them installed. I was greeted immediately at the door by a very friendly lady. She searched for my parts and brought me two options. After selecting the blades I wanted she went outside and started to install them. She did some difficulty but found a man inside who was able to help. Overall the experience was easy and quick. I certainly would use this business again.”

“I was passing through Reno in the winter when my heat went out. Called ahead and was in at 7am the next morning. They had the problem diagnosed ( a new blower motor), offered a video of the issue, and had me on my way before lunch! Very good customer service and communication. The only reason it's not a 5 star was because it was fairly expensive, but that's not the dealer's fault.”
