I blew out a radial tire, and they replaced it quickly and competently. Plus since it’s radial, all 4 had to be replaced, but they found a warranty on them and got them for free. I paid a nominal fee. They were great.

I prefer going to Big O vs the dealership. Big O never makes me feel like I’m being taken advantage of or lied too. They are always upfront and honest and get my car back quick!

We were just about to leave for our weekend trip and discovered a screw in the rear tire. We were able to drive right over to our local Big O and get it fixed within the hour. The service guy also helped us pick out our new set of tires we’ll be buying next month (so it was a good use of time!).
