“I was due to pick up a group at 4:45pm on a Saturday. I stopped at a gas station and noticed a nail had in my tire at 4:40pm (which I purchased from Les Schwab) also on Sunday I had a trip from Reno to San Jose planned where I had to leave at 9:00AM.
As one may imagine my heart sunk on seeing the nail as I did not want to be driving with a potential safety issue or tire blow out (especially with a car full of passengers).
I called Les Schwab and explained my issue. They said if I could make it by the shop they could fix it quickly. So I picked up my passengers at 4:45pm and headed to the shop.
I arrived at 4:59pm, (shop closes at 5:00pm and not open Sunday), ran in and explained again my situation. The Sales person Andrea greeted me smiling and said, this isn’t the shop you called, but we will definitely get your issue handled.
While I spoke to her, the Service Tech, Adrian V, took the car and fixed the nail issue with ease and efficiency.
We were on the road, all time frames were met and everyone was grateful, especially me. I can’t recommend this shop enough and have had the best experiences with Andrea over the years.
Truly grateful as the staff, Ben (Manager), Andrea (Sales), and Adrian (Tech) really came through at the last minute.
I really appreciate the customer service, smiles and efforts the team at this location gave me.

“A lot of us have dreamed of being a race car driver and pulling into the pit stop for a quick tire change. This store and this crew is as close as your average citizen with a lot of vehicles can have to that NASCAR tire change experience.
I own a lot of vehicles and I used to own a Bridgestone Firestone shop these guys have the best tire balancing equipment anything east of Reno and Sparks you're going to get tired tire equipment that's 40 and 50 years old and pay up to four times as much for an inadequate job. It's worth the drive”
“I had a completely flat tire and a 9:30am appointment I had to be at. Nightmare scenario. I own a small battery powered air pump, filled the tire enough to get to these guys. I told them about the urgency of my appointment and they took care of me with plenty of time for me to get to my client. They absolutely saved me! Thank you!!!”
“I have had mixed experiences at other Les Schwab locations, mostly good, some not great.
This one is my new go-to shop in Reno. For one, they'll work on my Mercedes Sprinter van. But the real reason why I'm dumping my other shop is because of the customer service here. Francisco, Jake, and the team went above and beyond to get a tricky alignment done on my work van that I needed the next day after my own driveway repair debacle. They collaborated and problem solved with me and did me a huge favor after I explained my frustrating circumstances. They have found themselves a new loyal customer, and all they had to do was treat me like a regular human, something it seems like so many other big businesses have forgotten how to do.
What's more, each time I'm in there all of the employees seem to genuinely like working together, and respect each other. They're always in a good mood!
