“When my SLK 230 wouldn't turnover, I looked in Reno for a Mercedes repair shop. Tony said I could bring it in but it may take a few days to get to it. I had AAA haul the car to Michel BROS on Wednesday and got a call on Thursday saying my car was fixed.

“I had a disappointing experience today with this Discount Tire and I have been their loyal customer since 2018. I needed my tires rotated, balanced and air checked. I was not a walk in. I made an appointment for 12pm. When I left I clicked on the text they send to say I’m coming. When I got there I clicked again to say I’m here. I told one of the desk employees that I had an appt and was 10 min early and I had done the I’m here thing. He told me to sit down and they would call me up. They didn’t. After 10 minutes I went to the desk again and they checked me in. It was around noontime. I then proceeded to wait 58 minutes and my car still had not been taken in. I went to the desk and asked about saying the status app said it would be completed around 12:42 pm. It was still outside. The guy told me it only takes 1/2 hour. I said well why didn’t it go in earlier then or why didn’t someone give me an update. He said this was standard. I think that is bad customer service all around. I have no issue with the greeting or the closing out of the job or the work but I think this was a little over the top. I was disappointed. In all these years this had not happened.”

Came in with a flat tire / bent rim emergency- Mike’s team got it fixed right away, and Mike even called in a favor to get the right tire size to replace the flat. They got us back on the road in just a couple hrs. They look like they do a solid job on paint and powder coats as well. Highly recommend them for your wheel needs!”
