“Raja is amazing, I’ve gone to him for three bridesmaid dresses now—but he really outdid himself this last time. My dress was too small, and Raja went to the fabric store for me, found BEAUTIFUL lace material that complimented my dress so well, and made it fit perfectly! Oh, he also did this with about a 10 day notice from me (sorry Raja!!). He is truly the best tailor in town and has an eye for fashion, I was so thrilled with my dress and he really saved me. The photos do not do it justice.”
“I would like to give a huge thanks to Erik! I came in stressed out about looking good for my wedding. We were looking for me to be very casual yet dressy. I'm a big dude and that makes things hard in most places. Erik reassured me he had what I needed, he took a few measurements and landed me on a very nice shirt to match my tie and slacks. He suggested a nice vest to compliment my look and it tied everything together perfectly! The visit was super painless thanks to Erik and his attention to detail. I will 100% be back not only because the clothing there is on point but because Erik was incredibly awesome to deal with. This guy is a Rockstar salesman and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! See ya again soon next time we're in town from Oregon!”

“A & C tailoring helped me to redesign the wedding dress of my dreams!!! They were able to create the most beautiful detachable skirt for my dress. Many adjustments had to be made to achieve the vision I had in mind. They were patient and willing to work with me every step of the way to make it perfect! I highly recommend using them for all your tailoring needs. If you are a bride, you won’t be disappointed. They are very kind, and their work is excellent!”
“I rarely shop with Hot Topic anymore because I'm GenX goth/punk, and HT has forgotten the groups that made it what it is, as evidenced by it's super small collection of goth clothes that don't go beyond an XL in size.
Still, William and his two male coworkers on Sunday evening 02/01, were absolutely lovely and super helpful, not easy because I'm very particular on fit and style ....and plus size as many in the alt culture are.
They patiently worked with me, listened to my lamentations of how HT has fallen, and were very helpful with suggestions. They got each garment down for me to look at and were fabulous.
Give them a raise and send my bat's wishes.”
“We love the clean and open atmosphere at Kohl’s. Their selection and quality of clothings is quite satisfactory. We often come and browse during returning Amazon items. But the coupons Kohl’s printed out after returning an Amazon item were not as we expected. Many items does not have the discount or no discount as printed on the coupons. You must really need to read the fine prints, not what we want to deal with. To us, the coupons are really no good.”
“Came in to get some steel cap boots. The lady who helped me was super friendly and helpful. She knew a lot about all the different shoes and boots they had in and helped me pick out a pair that made sense for what I needed.
I wish I wanted to get some cowboy boots because they had a large collection.”

“I went into the Vans outlet inside of the mall the other day and an employee by the name of Skylar was a big help! He made good recommendations and insights on the shoes and clothes that I wanted to purchase, was genuine and clear to the point! “Clean store and fun to shop. It seemed different with the men's department in the front of the store. In my opinion, I think having the women's department in the front of the store would be better for sales. It's because women tend to be more shopping driven than men in general.”
“I stopped in looking for a pair of jeans, and as someone who often struggles to find the right fit, I was having a difficult time and kept accidentally selecting the wrong sizes, making repeated trips between the fitting room and the sales floor. Katie (I believe that was her name) noticed I was having trouble and kindly asked what size I typically wear, then brought several different styles and colors and hung them outside the fitting room so I wouldn’t have to keep going back and forth. Whenever I needed a different size, she immediately got it for me without hesitation. I don’t usually like asking for help, so I truly appreciated that she stepped in when she saw I wasn’t having much luck. I was genuinely impressed by the level of service—not only from Katie, but from every employee I encountered during my visit. Thank you again for such a positive experience!”

“I had so much fun in Old Navy today!! They had some cute stuff and great sandals/business casual shoes for the summer... ON SALE!! Below $10 type sale! That is my kind of shopping. Quality for a great price. The reps were very kind, professional and helpful. What more can you ask in a shopping experience. The store was clean and organized. I love Old Navy, so not much negative to say ever. It's consistently been a cool store. With great options for an entire family.”

“Ive been there 2 times and Sam was fantastic both times. I was struggling to find boots that fit me that were also made in America. In les that a minute she found a pair. The second time she welcomed me back and helped me find jeans and a hat band. She's fantastic”
“Want a place that no matter your age you can feel good and inclusive all the way around? Well Aero ensures that you can wear clothing that fits your style, your comfort level, and your budget. One thing I have a problem with is their online presence though. Often times their inventory doesn't coincide with the order process and their warehouse pickers think they are grabbing the right product when clearly it's not correct. The in-store return process was enduring not only for myself as a customer, but the acting store manager at the time. Help Desk support was useless to them so he went the autonomous route and did what was best for the customer. He appreciated me for my patience; something working in IT, I have an immense amount of, and even compensated me for the time it took to resolve my return. Check this store out. It's always changing so don't blink too often! Find something that makes you YOU and enjoy!”
“I love this store! They have such an amazing selection and the staff is especially helpful every time I’m here. Athena is one of the MOST HELPFUL employees here. While this amazing woman was helping us, some other insanely angry disgruntled man came in hot and was making ridiculous demands. We overheard Athena being incredibly patient and respectful all the while this guy was being so incredibly rude to her and stormed out. I just wanted to give Athena a shout out that she handled it 1000x better than I would have. Amazing staff keep it up!”
“Their taco truck on the corner is superb! All the fixings- grilled onion, fresh onion, cilantro, lemon, and cucumber in addition to radish. Good salsas. I have to come back and try the Suadero tacos- like beef bacon.”
“We had an amazing experience at Zumiez thanks to Rain! She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable while helping my daughter find clothes that fit her perfectly. My daughter wears a very small size (26), and Rain went above and beyond to help us find several pairs of pants and shorts that matched both her size and personal style.
What impressed me most was how well Rain seemed to understand what my daughter would like. She made thoughtful suggestions and helped her feel comfortable and excited throughout the entire shopping experience.
I honestly don't think I've ever seen my daughter leave a clothing store so happy and confident about her new clothes. Rain provided exceptional customer service, and we'll definitely be back because of her. Thank you, Rain!”
