“Quality/Quantity - Got a new pair of running/walking shoes. If you are following, you already know I have been shopping for a new pair of Hoka shoes. And I finally found a place that had what I needed and wanted. They actually had my size! Thank you. I did not know Hoka also made slippers...? Might have to get one in the future also. My wife got a pair of shoes also and put another pair on hold in their Sparks location. Future review to follow. This location has a decent selection of high end good quality shoes for running and walking. Atmosphere - Good size location. Clean and well organized. Obviously supports the running community, see all the pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm, 6pm, or 7pm. Service - Two team members helped us, both were good. But Scott stood out. I watched him help others, then my wife, and then me. He is very passionate about his work. And an amazing hard worker. They are also willing to order for you if needed. And match prices. Price - My wife paid, but I think we spent approximately $250 here, not including the shoe we will pick up at Sparks. It pays to pay for quality. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2011 and with your 3 locations. It's so great to see small local businesses thrive. Support local!”

“We were looking for a place to get my husband's grandfather's old cream colored Stetson hat cleaned. It had very noticeable grease marks and other stains on it. This place came up on a search. We had never been here before but what a cool store! Opened in 1964, D Bar M touts itself as "A Real Western Store for Real Cowboys" and when you walk in, you would agree! There is pretty much everything "western" here! From saddles to hats to turquoise to boots to clothing and more! I want to go back and spend more time looking at everything but the important thing for this visit was the old Stetson that needed cleaning. The gals working there said it would be no problem to clean it and it would only take a couple days. We decided to pay in advance (it cost $40) and they said they would call when it was ready. Well, they called the very next day! And it looks great! What a great place -for both cowboys and cowgirls alike!”

And believe it or not, they had another pair in my size here! I did not buy it as I want to break the first pair in. I also saw the one I am replacing here, lol. This location is smaller than the one we visited yesterday, but still has a decent selection of high end good quality shoes for running and walking. Atmosphere - Clean and well organized. Obviously supports the running community, see all the pictures. Open 6 days a week from 10am to 5pm or 6pm. Closed Sundays. Bathroom for customers, I did not use it. Water fountain and water bottle refill station. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Self service here today, the team member was busy helping others. Two team members helped us yesterday in the South Reno location, both were good. But Scott stood out. I watched him help others, then my wife, and then me. He is very passionate about his work. “Great selection of shoes. The staff was eager to help me. They got 8 different pairs of shoes in my specific size for me to try on. They never got impatient.I went home with shoes I thought were perfect. Once I wore them away from the store for work, I discovered they were not quite the right fit. When I returned, they accommodated me again to get the right fit. Now I have the perfect shoe and perfect fit.The folks at Beck's provided me with great customer service and a shoe I wear for 12 hours a day at work with no foot discomfort.”

I was looking for boots for a concert that was days away she was knowledgeable about sizing and even recommended the basalm to help break in the leather. Truly helpful I did not get blisters which made my concert experience that much better ? once I get her name I will update my post.”

Although Vans shoes are usually not my thing, Sofia did a great job helping me find some shoes that were versatile and useful to what I needed. Sofia was very knowledgeable in helping me with what I needed. The clerk Amber was very genuine and helpful as well. All in all, fantastic customer experience, would highly recommend.”

“I am a veteran and I have big feet! More so since wearing Army boots for years! So, now that I am older and suffering from Neuropathy in my Right foot, curled-up and lots of broken toes, and an ankle replacement, I have difficulty finding any shoes let alone ones that have a "toe" box, so I mainly wear sandals. The VA gives me one pair of inserts and shoes a year. I went to another place that "made" inserts for me, but they and the shoes I got never fit right. But this year I got to go here. What a neat experience. First off, I felt comfortable. I have to get men's shoes now, but Analie, Gladis, and Mike watched me stand, walk, and finally came up with the "perfect" PROPER fit. I now have inserts that work, because I needed a metatarsal pad. I hope to return here and find more types of shoes and watch their "sale" rack for some great deals. If you need help finding good shoes and inserts, do yourself a favor and go here.”

“We stopped in for snow boots and ended up buying boots and a great sale jacket as well. Edison was great: he helped us patiently all the way through the process and helped us find what we really needed, as opposed to what we thought we wanted. Yes, stock is sometimes lower than online, but I found a bunch of items that were out of stock online that were available in every size and color in the store, so that was a huge bonus. I replaced my beloved but very old ski jacket with a brand new one that was 50% off. This place is worth a stop. They may not have what you want, but you may find things that you can't get from Columbia's website or anyplace else, and you might find a gem you weren't expecting. Ask for Edison. He's awesome!”
