“I would like to send a huge shout out to Jessica at the Silver Legacy business center in Reno, Nevada! I was stuck in the area due to weather and expecting numerous packages that I thought would be delivered to the circus circus hotel desk. Apparently they were not.
Jessica went above and beyond the entire week of my stay, searching for packages, sending emails and messages, letting me know when my things arrived.

Trevor installed my father in laws computer and really took good care of him and made sure that everything worked and was properly connected. “Local brick and morter store and they immediately had the laser printer I needed for a failed office printer, only $7 more than Amazon. Got in and out quick, so that office printer was back up same day. I didn't have to ask for a price match. Also same prices for a lot of hard drives, USB drives, and SSDs, with no worries about Amazon fakes when it comes to storage needs too.”

Also, a friend was on the phone with one of their techs and was having a health issue. He couldn't find his words. The tech recognized the problem and called 911.
