“Had a brain freeze (user error) computer moment that I just couldn't figure out at home. Walked my device into the store and Justin kindly and patiently explained my idiocy. He was so NICE. The lady in front of me had brought her laptop in for some pop-up issues and he said he'd show her some tips to avoid in the future. That's a mitzvah - he could let her keep making the same mistake so she would have to keep bringing it back, but he didn't.”

“I would like to send a huge shout out to Jessica at the Silver Legacy business center in Reno, Nevada! I was stuck in the area due to weather and expecting numerous packages that I thought would be delivered to the circus circus hotel desk. Apparently they were not. Jessica went above and beyond the entire week of my stay, searching for packages, sending emails and messages, letting me know when my things arrived. She was professional, prompt, and certainly exceeded any expectations I had for assistance Thank you, Jessica!”

“I was having major problems with my computer. Programs would randomly shut down, some wouldn’t even open. I could not get any work done and what I was able to get done I would lose when the program crashed. I called Gary and he came over the same day and did an initial evaluation and begun work on it remotely that afternoon. Gary and his team dug deep into my computer and really took pride into getting it fixed. Within two days they had it working and so far so good. I fought with this problem for 2 weeks with other IT help before calling Gary. Gary and his team care and will take care of you. I needed someone that would spend the time to figure it and Gary did that. Thanks so much.”

“Mady in the print department is a total professional. She answered all of my questions about options and pricing, verified files, and made sure they came out exactly right - all while juggling multiple other customers by herself. I've had prints done at Office Depot before, but this was by far the best experience.”

“Renown Health at The Inn at Renown uses this company for our printing services and we have nothing but high remarks for their employees and profession. For Toner Deliveries, if called early enough, we receive same day and for any issues, they send a Service Technician out right away to test and fix the problem. Thank You!”

“Nice but hella pricy. No wonder there's a BOA ATM just outside their front door. Not at all crowded, even on game day an hour before kickoff. Great staff. Speaking of great staffs, let's hope we see the Turnover Trident many times today!”

“Local brick and morter store and they immediately had the laser printer I needed for a failed office printer, only $7 more than Amazon. Got in and out quick, so that office printer was back up same day. I didn't have to ask for a price match. Also same prices for a lot of hard drives, USB drives, and SSDs, with no worries about Amazon fakes when it comes to storage needs too.”

“I messed up my phone screen realllllly bad. I made an appointment for a Sunday at 4pm. They initially explained they may not have time to replace the screen that day. I explained I might just need to buy a new phone because I really needed a working phone for work the next day. They said “let me see what I can do” and my phone was fixed within the hour! Great experience and highly recommend.”
