“Went to Office Depot with the sole purpose of finding and purchasing an office chair for my home office. As I was walking in, there were signs stating office chair sale 60% off. The display upon entering had a chair set up. I sat in it and it was perfect. Found the right color and was in and out in 10 min. Put this chair together at home with easy installation and tools included. My ass will be forever grateful. One was not able to provide me assurance that my purchase would have sufficient computing power, and really couldn’t articulate why - would have been better if he said he didn’t really know. A second associate came by and put my mind at ease. This could be addressed with better associate training.”
