Absolutely trash and rude customer service rep working 6/28/26 at 5:45 pm. Who ever that lady is needs to be trained on how to speak to customers, she was incredibly rude and dismissive.

Fortunately the car was a Prius, which saved dollars at the pump. Unfortunately the car had no floor mats and the front of the exterior was covered in dead bugs. Also the tire pressure light was on.
