Typical shared branch transaction... nothing really special about the branch that screamed "I want to be a member of Great Basin." Requirements for a high interest rate are similar to the much larger Greater Nevada CU.

This bank has the worst customer service EVER. The people that work here cannot help you in anyway they are just programmed robots that repeat the same thing over and over…….
