“My husband and I came in to combine phone plans and were helped by JJ and Casey who were AMAZING! We (of course) forgot every user ID and password to all of the accounts needed to make this happen, but JJ and Casey were able to recover all of our information and help us through what is normally a very frustrating process. My husband even said “you guys are so much better than my previous provider, I’m glad I’m switching!” We’re saving over $100/mo by switching :) Plus they told us about deals and promotions we qualify for. 10/10 recommend. “Alex was absolutely phenomenal!!! He was very kind and very easy to work with. He went over all of our options to see the best way we could upgrade me to a new phone to the iphone 15 pro max. My phone did take a while to transfer all my information and it was close to closing and Alex was SO VERY welcoming and could tell he wanted to fully take care of his customers no matter what time it was. All in all I could go on and on about Alex. We will definitely be back to do business with him again.
