“Jiovani Aguirre is such a great customer services rep. My biggest issue with AT&T is I always feel like there are hidden fee's. Then the monthly prices is always more then what they tell you its going to be. The reason I am writing this review is because Jiovani seems to be a very honest and detail person. When I left with my purchase I felt very secure with my purchase and rate plan. On top of that great feeling with him, I was leaving town to go home and I was in a rush but I wanted to purchase from him. He didn't start work until mid afternoon and I really needed to leave before then. His co-worker (wish I knew her name) was a very standup good person. Instead of her taking his sale, she called him. To see how he wanted her to handle it. He had to get to school, but he rushed in and took care of me! My experience at this location was 5 Stars!!! Its nice to deal with honest and good hearted people. Thank You to both of them!
