“The order was processed correctly and all items ready on time which was important to me.
Other than a “not so welcoming ” initial encounter in store everything else was fine.
After the initial encounter I did have concern yet everything was done as they said it would be so all ended up very nice.

There was a lot of complexity to getting this correctly entered into the system but she took care of it all. She was patient and had a great attitude.”
“I recycled 4 HP 65 ink cartridges on March 18th 2025. The sales clerk said I couldn't use the rewards ($14.00 worth) for at least 48 hours. The next day, I had to buy some ink so I went to a different place to purchase it. I figured the rewards will still be on my account when I go there next time. Instead, there's no record of the reward on my account. I show my receipt I got when I recycled them. They said rewards are only good for one month. It's never been that way before for me. I also was charged $27.99 for a HP65 Black ink (NOT XL) that their website says they sell for $20.89. I needed the ink so I bought it. I have been always a loyal customer for years but now I will take my business elsewhere.”

“Had a horrific experience with a FedEx driver that was supposed to deliver my package to my home and get a signature. For days they never showed up, my camera footage or lack thereof is proof. I finally had my package re-routed to this store and the clerk was super helpful, he gave me some options for next time and explained a few things that were sort of disapointing but helpful. Gave me some hope. I will use them again. As for home (door) delivery for FedEx, I never plan on using them again.”
“The employees at the store I went to were not only quick, but well organized, perfectly knowledgeable about the systems they used, and completely on top of the customers in the store. The staff member who helped me specifically handled 2 customers at once because I had to step away to find some necessary information on my phone, and I instructed him to help the next customer. When I returned he handled the 2 of us perfectly and simultaneously. All the whole he maintained a professional and yet personable and friendly manner.”
“Conveniently located. Professional and courteous staff. Ample parking. Never had any issue with this location. And now, it's my favorite location because of the self service machine where you can scan your package and get a receipt without having to stand in line (unless there's a line to use the machine - never happened to me). If only all FedEx locations had this machine, but I guess it's due to the sheer volume that this location processes.”
