“I’m a student in college. This was the first semester where I had several projects that needed professional printing jobs. I’m happy to say that everyone at Reno Type has been very patient with me as I’ve learned the printing process, and helping me, doing their best, even when my orders are short-notice. Russel is always on top of keeping me updated with my project timelines. He’s also always ecstatic about trying new things and learning about the process. I was particularly pleased with a project that involved printing on 9”-12” manila envelopes. I had tried getting them printed with Office Depot, and they had come out in poor quality there, but with Reno Type, I was very impressed that they came out sharp and clean looking in spite of the unusual printing surface. Keep up the great work!”

They used their artistic flair to create something a Snapfish or Shutterfly never could of achieved. I highly suggest using the HUMAN touch and bringing your photo gift ideas to Midtown art & photo. “I really like that Keystone Printing is a bike ride away, and David welcomes my bike in the shop for the few minutes I am there. I also like that David’s version of customer service is that which I grew up w/ and often miss these days. He made a no-huge-deal mistake on pick-up time. I assured him it was ok, but he went above and beyond to make it right and get it to me by when I needed it. I have had about four small projects w/him, and I have been thrilled w/ each and every outcome. He happily takes my projects even though they are small! “I recycled 4 HP 65 ink cartridges on March 18th 2025. The sales clerk said I couldn't use the rewards ($14.00 worth) for at least 48 hours. The next day, I had to buy some ink so I went to a different place to purchase it. I figured the rewards will still be on my account when I go there next time. Instead, there's no record of the reward on my account. I show my receipt I got when I recycled them. They said rewards are only good for one month. It's never been that way before for me. I also was charged $27.99 for a HP65 Black ink (NOT XL) that their website says they sell for $20.89. I needed the ink so I bought it. I have been always a loyal customer for years but now I will take my business elsewhere.”

“Conveniently located. Professional and courteous staff. Ample parking. Never had any issue with this location. And now, it's my favorite location because of the self service machine where you can scan your package and get a receipt without having to stand in line (unless there's a line to use the machine - never happened to me). If only all FedEx locations had this machine, but I guess it's due to the sheer volume that this location processes.”

“I had a package sent home with a family heirloom to avoid going through TSA with it. There was a shipping label mix up and the owner of the store was able to locate the package with my items in transit with the wrong the shipping label and get it sent to me. She was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of stress. Definitely a great experience. Mistakes happen and it’s understandable and the issue was immediately fixed.”
