Aldon and Scott at the lakeside location were so nice and helpful, and really spent the time to make sure that I got shoes that were perfect for my feet. 10/10 would recommend!”

I was looking for boots for a concert that was days away she was knowledgeable about sizing and even recommended the basalm to help break in the leather. “This area is really lucky to have such a great store. I have been to other stores in WA and OR states and this one is a lot bigger with better variety of items. Always liked the employees who work there because they're friendly and quick to help when I ask for it.
The recent remodel is depressing, though. I noticed this design at other stores, so I'm sure it's the demands of private equity to make everything soulless and uninspiring. The previous design made me want to wander around the store a lot more with the ability to scope out the different sections, but now things don't stand out or hidden in shelves that don't catch my attention. Also feels a bit claustrophobic.”

“Blaik Deserves a Raise—The Definition of Excellent Service
I recently visited the Skechers store and felt compelled to write this review to recognize an extraordinary employee, Blaik.
The store was incredibly busy—packed with customers—and Blaik was managing the entire front end completely by herself. Despite the overwhelming situation, she handled the line with absolute grace, speed, and professionalism. There was no visible stress, no rushed interaction; she greeted every single customer with patience and a genuine smile, all while efficiently processing transactions and answering questions.
Blaik is a shining example of what exceptional customer service truly means. She single-handedly kept the store running smoothly when it should have been impossible. If an employee can maintain that level of performance and positive attitude under such pressure, they are invaluable.
To Skechers management: You do not pay Blaik enough. She is an irreplaceable asset, and she absolutely deserves a significant raise and formal recognition for her dedication. Thank you, Blaik, for turning a chaotic shopping experience into a positive one.”
“I really wish I could remember the young lady’s name who helped me, maybe Cam? but she was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me tonight. I work long hours on concrete floors and have been having no luck finding a decent shoe for my specific needs. My son Mike said she was with me for an hour and during that time she was very attentive and showed genuine sympathy and at no point was she pushing me to pick a pair nor did she try to up sale me into a more expensive pair.
I just wish there was a bigger selection for women’s work shoes.”

“I spent 45 minutes in the store today shopping for shoes. There was a Black Friday sale at 30% off name brand shoes. They must have gotten about 7 or 8 different pairs of shoes before I found the ones that I wanted. They were patient, never got an attitude, and accommodated me the whole time.
I have shopped there before and the staff is always courteous and helpful and their selection of goods is quite amazing. I recommend giving them a try for sporting goods and especially shoes.”

He asked if there was anything he could help us find as soon as we walked in. We said we were just looking. We did however ask for a specfic manager by name. Unfortunately he was out of town and the salesperson said he would let him know we stopped by.”

“I got my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from here and they turned out perfect! My dress is beautiful, timeless, and looks stunning in the photos. My only note would be that the alterations are very pricey so I would maybe look somewhere else for your alterations, if you have time before your wedding, but overall it was a wonderful experience with David's Bridal.”
