“I have been a Les Schwab customer since I was abt 30yrs old I think, and held an account for maybe 25yrs. I have had nothing but, exemplary customer service from them at all times. This location i chose to remain at even though there was one built right next to my house bc those who work at this location chose not to move either and I like how they have always taken care of me. Customer service is alive and REAL at this location, and employees like Kylie, Adrian, Hector, to name a few show it. I don't know the others by name only their faces and one of them is a former Marine like my son. Thank you Les Schwab, for taking care of me all these years and thank you for always hiring helpful , well mannered, and attentive employees!”
“Our travel trailer had an accident that broke the A-frame. Washoe metal are trailer frame repair experts so we had it towed there. I can recommend Washoe Metal without reservation. They are sooo helpful and expert, adapting to unusual repair situations on the fly with creativity and hard work. Jason on the front desk is so knowledgable and gives expert advice. Dan, one of the techs, is so positive and cheerful and hard-working I gave him a BIG tip. He got under the trailer, and on the roof, in pouring rain and did what needed doing, solving unique challenges quickly and the right way. Washoe Metal rocks! You could not be in better hands.”

“My rear tires had wear on the inner most sides of the tires. I had just purchased the vehicle and from looking at the tires it appeared as if they were never rotated. I wasn't sure if the rear wear pattern was an issue or not. I explained this to the alignment tech. He checked the alignment and the printout showed that everything was within specs. He didn't charge me to check as no adjustments were needed. He did suggest to rotate the tires often once I have new tires installed. Both the guy behind the counter and the alignment tech were knowledgeable and polite. 5 stars all the way for the professionalism and honesty.”
