“Love this place I have shopped here ever since I was a child to teenager to now my adult life I guess some things just never change. Very helpful employees that will take the time to help you look for what you are looking for. I had a very nice employee that let me use the bathroom located in the back of the store so I could try on some pants that I wanted to buy at the time because the fitting room was being used at the time. Like the music being played at all times even the women working here are also nice and pleasant to talk to. Back in the day this was the place to buy cds and still is. Clean store that smells great never dirty and always organized.”
“A & C tailoring helped me to redesign the wedding dress of my dreams!!! They were able to create the most beautiful detachable skirt for my dress. Many adjustments had to be made to achieve the vision I had in mind. They were patient and willing to work with me every step of the way to make it perfect! I highly recommend using them for all your tailoring needs. If you are a bride, you won’t be disappointed. They are very kind, and their work is excellent!”

“Amazing customer service! Long story short I got a pair of Gaynor minders from them and they had a defect where the shank separated from them within three weeks, and it caused all the fabric on the bottom of the shoe to roll up in my arch making them feel incredibly unstable. I called them to ask If any customers in the past had experienced this problem and what glue would be best to bind the shank back to the shoe. (My performance is a week away) Instead of telling me what glue to use, they contacted Gaynor minden immediately and within 4 days I had a new pair delivered to my door step.”

“This area is really lucky to have such a great store. I have been to other stores in WA and OR states and this one is a lot bigger with better variety of items. Always liked the employees who work there because they're friendly and quick to help when I ask for it.
The recent remodel is depressing, though. I noticed this design at other stores, so I'm sure it's the demands of private equity to make everything soulless and uninspiring. The previous design made me want to wander around the store a lot more with the ability to scope out the different sections, but now things don't stand out or hidden in shelves that don't catch my attention. Also feels a bit claustrophobic.”

“I've been doing Pure Barre since 2016. It’s a great option if you're looking for a low-impact workout that still delivers results. I have noticed a real improvement in my muscle tone and core strength. The instructors are amazing and always there to help with modifications when needed. It's a great workout for any fitness level.
Pure Barre So Meadows is the best. The owner and instructors are awesome, they always greet you by name and a friendly smile.”
“I went into the Vans outlet inside of the mall the other day and an employee by the name of Skylar was a big help! He made good recommendations and insights on the shoes and clothes that I wanted to purchase, was genuine and clear to the point! I definitely recommend stopping by this vans store, the customer service here is amazing!”
“I have shopped at this Macy's for a long time. It's definitely better than others I have visited elsewhere. The store is kept clean and orderly. Generally, someone is available at a nearby register. However, ever since they took the shoe sales associates off of a commission based pay, there is never anyone who wants to help in shoes, and the lady who was helpful moved to another section of the store.”

“I really love Pure Barre classes in North Reno. Hannah and Sara, are very great instructors, very friendly and careful too. Diana, the owner and instructor, is the best! In few moths Barre exercises made me very flexible and I gain muscle beyond my expectations.”
“I haven’t been to Kohl’s in ages, but when our Keurig died, I decided to give them a shot. Store was clean and organized (although there was a lot of trash outside the front doors and in the parking lot), and I found the Keurig I was looking for easily. The two sales people who helped me were nice and professional, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I’ll be back to check out the Sephora.”
“I like coming to this location as its clean and the people are friendly! I was there this past Monday afternoon. The check out gal was Monica when i came back as we forgot the bath soap that was paid for she was prompt and friendly and able to multitask. What was really refreshing was when trying on dresses and i was embarrassed a little to show my male friend as he wanted to see what they looked like & Trina was the gal working the dressing room area. She gave me a compliment that truly felt genuine and boosted my confidence and I enjoyed being in that sundress with no hesitation!! He ended up buying me 3 dresses!! Thank you Trina you made my day !!!”

Went there Sat 6/8/24 and the entire store was wiped out, no power, cage down, with signs that said “sorry for the inconvenience; this location is no longer available” I should have snapped a pic (pregnancy brain at its finest)
Anyways - didn’t wanna ruin the ratings cause the store and staff was typically always really good to us but wanted to warn anyone who’s about to cross town to shop there like we did … it’s gone and seemingly for good…”

“Most buckle locations I've been too the associates are extremely friendly and helpful but this location in particular goes the extra mile. I live in a very rural town between reno and Utah so I shop those areas frequently and vegas here and there. However most of my shopping is done online. My primary place to shop for clothes and shoes is buckle and I spend a ton of money. I usually have a return/exchange 2xs per year as my closest location is 5 hours away either direction and returning/exchanging always gives me anxiety and this staff makes me feel so welcome and they are so kind and helpful. Thank you to this location for still believing in excellent customer service. You can see the manager working hard side by side with her team and really enforcing values. I will always by from this location. Great job to this team!!”
“I will never shop anywhere EVER again. I'm petite and it is impossible to find clothes but every single thing I tried on here at J. Jill is amazing. I cannot wait to see what they have in stock in fall and winter. The ladies that work there can teach a course in customer service and in all honesty humanity and common decency. “By the time I got here, I was exhausted. I only came to the mall today to pick up a pair of "disposable" flip flops from Old Navy, see other Yelp Review. But ended up hanging out and walking the entire mall for THREE hours while my wife shopped. Quality/Quantity - Good quality stuff (for my wife). She ended up buying some jewelry. Sorry, I did not take any pictures. Atmosphere - Nice small local boutique. Again, I was too tired to take pictures. My wife enjoyed shopping here, so I am sure we will be back. Open 7 days a week from 10:30am or 11am to 5pm or 6pm. Plenty of mall parking. Service - 6 stars. I can see why you have 37 five star reviews! Everyone working here is so friendly. Greeted as we entered, offered drinks, which I did not expect. What a way to end my 3 hour shopping spree with a beer and a very comfortable armchair. AND free wifi from next door, lol; so I can post my Yelp pictures! Price - $50. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2005 from Salon owner to boutique owners.”
