“Brought in my 2024 Toyota Sequoia after taking it to the shop the insurance company preferred just so they could take a look and see what it would take to correct what that other shop did wrong. Hands down, I wish I came here first. This shop easily has the best customer service and is so willing to help fix a problem they didn’t create. It’s unfortunate insurance pushes people to use a hack for a body shop. Grove Street has earned my business and I’ll absolutely refer everyone here. Thank you!”

“I dented my front passenger side bumper on my 2008 Ford F-150 pickup truck when I lost control on slushy ice and hit the median concrete barrier. It caused my right front tire to rub against the bent bumper when I turned to the left. I took my truck to Steve’s Collision Center to get an estimate for repair, requesting a low cost option as my truck is old and its looks are not important to me. I was shocked when the manager and estimater decided to try and straighten the bumper after looking at the damage. They were able to straighten it out with a special tool providing ample clearance for my tire so it no longer rubbed against the bumper. I was shocked even more when I asked how much I owed them and they said NO CHARGE!!! Based on this short encounter with the personnel at Steve’s Collision Center, I would highly recommend this business to anybody if they need their car or truck repaired! “Quick and responsive. New bumper looked great.
Someone drove their car into my car and left a hole in my bumper. Diamonds was able to get parts and replaced the bumper relatively quickly. They did diagnostics to make sure nothing was missed.
