“These guys fixed my car in 2024, after it got hit badly by a drunk driver while parked in a south Reno neighborhood. I thought they did a great job then, and hadn't really noticed any issues or problems. This year, my mechanic found a problem with one of my cars wheel bearings that required replacement. From my little understanding, wheel bearing average 100k miles before needing replacement and my 2023 Subaru with 30k total miles apparently needed it done now. I felt it was related to my same drunk driver claim, but due to its potential severity I had my mechanic fix it out of pocket. When I called my insurance provider, they told me that the body shop that had done the repairs would have to submit a supplement for reimbursement. I then called this same shop, and was informed that they would work with me to see what they could do to see about getting me any reimbursement from my insurance over the part that had clearly been damaged by my claim in 2024. I am happy to say, I have received reimbursement from my insurance company. I will continue to refer to this business, they do great work and follow through and are very knowledgeable in their craft.”

“Spray Craft Auto Painting did a great job on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them. I had 4 quotes from different places and they were more reasonably priced than the other places I got quotes from. They did a free estimate on my vehicle and I told them I would think about it with no pressure. The next day after I had time to look over all the quotes I decided they were the body shop for me. They did the work. They said exactly what they would do and did the job well. Thanks again everyone from Spray Craft Auto Painting. Great job!”

“Great customer service. Everybody was very nice and polite. Unfortunately, I did not get to see how good their work is because my truck was total. But judging by the people I'm assuming they do great work.”

“My VW Bug had rust everywhere and needed full restoration. The rust caused holes in the floorboard and Carlos was able to cut out all the rust and fully restore my 1970 VW Bug back to perfect condition. Would not trust anyone else to do classic car body work!”

“Some of the cooler vehicles I've seen were at Intrepid. I was lucky enough to get a tour of the place about 5 years ago, and the whole crew was the real deal. Very impressive facility that I wanted to have a job with at that time. Glad to give them their first review!”

“I’ll definitely be a returning customer, Missy is so sweet and understanding I really enjoyed our encounters. I had brought my 1999 Volkswagen Beetle in to get a 2nd opinion after being quoted unimaginable prices from other shops and VPI did not disappoint me at all, not only was the customer service amazing but so was the work & pricing! I HIGHLY recommend this place and I have now became a loyal customer. I Will definitely be coming back with all my car needs!”

“If you're looking for a detail company that actually delivers on what they promise, look no further! From start to finish, the communication was excellent, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Every inch of the vehicle looked incredible—they paid attention to the little details that most companies overlook. I work for a commercial truck dealership, and this company handles detailing for us on a regular basis. They consistently provide the same high level of quality and professionalism. No job is too big or too small, and every vehicle leaves looking its absolute best. What really sets them apart is that they provide top-notch work at a very reasonable price. It's rare to find a company that's dependable, takes pride in their work, follows through on every commitment, and doesn't overcharge. They truly care about customer satisfaction, and it shows in the results. I couldn't be happier with their service and will continue recommending them to anyone looking for quality detailing. If you want your vehicle looking better than new, this is the company to call!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this business. Their assistance with identifying/obtaining necessary parts, quality of painting, mechanical, and upholstery work, attention to detail, it’s all there for you. I’ve taken several cars there for work over the past 25 years, and their motto on the front of the building - which says something like “if you can dream it, we can build it” - is certainly true. Highly recommend it as a wonderful family-owned business.”

“I've taken my A4 there twice for painting and minor body work. They do an excellent job at a great price. I love how low key it is. I drop by, he gives a quick look and verbal estimate. I drop it off the following week, comes out great and always the estimated price. No paperwork, just good service.”
