“Palomino Propane is awesome! We recently had an electrical fire at our off grid house and had to rely on our Propane generator around the clock. Ashley and her crew sprung into action as soon as they heard of our problems. They delivered a 500 gal tank the next day and monitored the levels, refilled at least weekly, and kept as with power solutions during electrical repairs. Awesome above and beyond customer support. “We are located in Alpine Meadows (Calif) and the winter snow can be very deep (over 10 feet), I have the responsibility to keep the tank clear which is also for safety, Ferrellgas has been very reliable in filling my external propane tank. They walk through the snow and frequently have to climb down to fill our tank. I can't give enough accolades to the delivery drivers. The sensor on the tank makes it very convenient to determine when a tank requires a fill up. When I have called the office, the people are very efficient and pleasant.”

“me and my dance friends walk here from our studio in between classes and they have a great selection of frozen treats and other snacks! all the workers are really nice and tolerant of us even though we're probably very obnoxious, but every time we've been there the workers are so sweet and helpful!”

She is very good at her job and deserves recognition for it. The guy who hooked up the trailer was great and made sure everything was in order as far as it being secure and making sure all the lights worked. You have some top notch team members working at this location. I will always use U-HAUL for my moving needs, especially this location.”
