“Have been here for over a year. The place is immaculate, the service is always professional and the kindness is very genuine. I highly recommend Travis Asst. Mgr. For his consistent above and beyond customer service.”
“Danielle is awesome at the front desk! Very informative. She was very personable and helped answer all of our questions. Definitely recommend using their facility for any storage needs!”
“My experience with Our City Storage was excellent. The staff is some of the friendliest and engaging I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with, the facility is very well kept, and their prices are fair. LaDonna in particular helped me out on numerous occasions and I can’t say enough what a delightful personality she has! Thank you all!”
“Fermin was truly AWESOME! We had our items coming into a unit from a semi truck, and he completely guided me on which way to guide my movers (this location is semi -truck-friendly!) and he took the time to talk in detail about my storage unit and all of the paperwork. He made sure he could add on any promotions available to my pricing. And he was very patient with our questions and moving-stress! Will definitely recommend them to others!!!”
“Axell and Carlos were great! Made the process super fast and simple and storage unit size is perfect! The property is cleaned and looks well maintained, they even went the extra mile and helped me with an issue. Really great guys and location 10/10 would recommend”
“Nothing but top praise for Northwest self storage! Rafa and Susanna provided seamless pricing, leasing, and an exceptional move-in experience. I got lots of vague answers and teaser-rates from their competitors. I couldn’t be happier with my choice.”
“I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS, THEY ARE THE BEST BY FAR, ECONOMICALLY, PLEASANT WORKERS, I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY, IT IS A VERY SAFE PLACE TO STORE YOUR VALUABLES. THANKS A-American Self Storage”
“I have been using this storage facility for the past three years, and I can confidently say they are absolutely top-notch. From the very beginning, my experience has been easy, professional, and stress-free.
A huge part of that is because of Emily, the manager. She has always gone above and beyond to help me. Whether I needed to cancel, reschedule, make changes, or get assistance with the placement of my trailer, Emily has always handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She makes the entire process so simple and always makes you feel like a valued customer.
After three years of consistently great service, I can honestly say I would only use and recommend this storage facility. It is hard to find customer service like this anymore, and Emily is a perfect example of how customers should be treated.
Thank you, Emily, for always making everything so easy and for taking such great care of me over the years. 100% recommended — five stars all the way!”

“such a wonderful experience, Sandy the lady in the office is the most wonderful lady super sweet always helpful very charming. We had a lot in common common easy Access she gave us lots of great hints. It was a great time. We had it done in a day. This place is the cleanest facility I've ever seen excellent maintenance. “No issues here. I did forget to pay one month. They called on the 7th day and charged a 70.00 late fee.
I paid right then over the phone. Been nice if they called to say tomorrow we charge a late fee. Or since I clearly forgot a.nd paid right then, they could have shown me a little love.. -1 star”
“Amazing service!! to begin, Tammy calls me to verify if I was requesting 3 units, which was my mistake and I had made 3 different reservations for 3 different units(only needed 1 unit)but she was really helpful and got that all taken care of.
Upon arrival, we noticed the unit was too small for our needs and decided to call office and arranged a transfer to a bigger unit, which Glenn at the office did, in just seconds and so easy.”
“We had an absolutely great experience with Modern Storage and are thrilled with our purchase! We ordered a 40-foot shipping container, and the entire process was seamless.
The delivery was delivered on time, which was essential for our project planning. More importantly, the 40-foot container itself was in wonderful condition, clean, and exactly as promised. Modern Storage provided outstanding quality and reliability. Highly recommend them for your shipping container needs!”
“Lacy is amazing, friendly, and helpful. This storage facility is much less expensive than my previous storage, which was unfriendly and rarely answered their phone. So happy to make the switch.”
“Storewise Storage has great customer service and the prices are very reasonable especially with the economy how it is right now, prices are much appreciated. Highly recommend this place 🙂”
“First time leasing a storage unit. Big thanks to Steve and the team for making it a straight forward and easy process. Also very kind, friendly and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend this location.”
“Great local business. Very family oriented with highly knowledgeable staff with remarkable employees going the extra mile. If you need a moving service for any reason, go here.”
“Absolutely love this place. The owners are hands down the nicest people and very helpful. Great prices and very easy to get in and out. They have also been super helpful. I will continue to rent from them. Thank you so much for your business.”
“Had questions about my unit and Erica took time to make sure all of them were answered and I felt happy with the interaction - she’s a great manager I’m glad she’s there!!”
“Making the reservation was easy and move in was a breeze. The use of the truck made it even easier. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I have used this facility in the past and will continue to use when I need to.”
“Very professional, family feel. The process was simple, the facility is very clean and easily accessable. I have visited multiple storage facilities in the area some priced higher and lower and none of them have come close to meeting all my wants and needs. I am very happy with my choice to rent at Silverado Self Storage, I recommend seeing for yourself!”
“We first dealt with Cathy at The Double R location and she was so pleasant and helpful and really made it easy for us to reserve a storage unit. And she did all of this knowing that we were ultimately going to rent a unit at their other location on Maestro. When we arrived at the Maestro location we met Kimberly who was also so very nice, very helpful, very professional and friendly, and very well versed in everything that we needed to get our storage unit confirmed right away. Both locations were also very clean and our storage unit on Maestro is spotless and exactly what we needed. Excellent customer service at both locations! Thank you very much Kimberley and Cathy!”
“I have had my unit at Shield Storage, the Menezes location in Reno/Sparks area of Nevada, since 2021, I believe. The staff there have always been polite and professional. Although there have been several cost increases for my unit, I have chosen to remain a customer at this location. I would recommend Shield Storage to other prospective customers if the occasion arose. Thank You, Lynn Savage”
